A 1 bedroom 1 bath lakefront cottage. Queen sized bed in the bedroom along with a full size futon. The living room has a large leather sofa, futon and air mattress available upon request. 36” TV with cable, Playstation 2 and internet with wireless capability. All linens, cookware, towels etc. are ready for you and your family. 2 large decks with a gas grill, lounge chairs, a covered eating area and steps leading to the dock included for your use.
In season rental rates $100/night .. $600/week with a $200 Damage Deposit.
Off season ... $100/night .. $600/week with a $200 Damage Deposit.
Winter .. $75/night .. $450/week with a $200 Damage Deposit.
20’ Deck Boat with 150 HP Evinrude E-Tec Motor seats 10 people .. $225 per day or $1500 per week with a $225 Damage Deposit.
2007 160 HP Yamaha Waverunner seats 3 .. $250 per day or $1600 per week with a $250 Damage Deposit.
16’ John Boat with 25 HP motor seats 3 .. $50 per day or $ 300 per week with a $100 Damage Deposit.
Water toys available: Wake Board, Knee Board, Ski's or Tube. Each are $25 per day or $125 per week.
Life jackets included in the rental. Use of one water toy included with each rental.
Boats are provided full of gas and oil. Boats are refilled at end of rental. Taxes are 9.25% of rental fees.
Boat rentals are for a 23 hour period (1 hour for prep).
