Emerald Isle is a 17 story luxury high rise resting on almost five acres with 300 feet directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
This unit is located on the fifth floor and has a private balcony overlooking the swimming pools, hot tub, and directly facing the emerald blue gulf waters. The fifth floor is a perfect location, high enough as to not be distracted with too much pool noise but low enough to enjoy seeing the surf hitting the white sand.
The Gulf side of the unit has sliding glass doors and large picture windows. There is ceramic tile throughout the unit and berber carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is spacious with ceramic counter tops and fully equipped with dishwasher.
Master bedroom has a cal king bed, overlooking the Gulf; master bath has garden tub. Second bedroom located at the other end of the unit and has two twin beds. Second full bath is in the hallway. TVs are in each bedroom.
Living area has a pull out queen sofa bed and has a flat screen TV. Unit is very nicely decorated with an island theme. Very clean!
On the ground floor there is an exercise room with sauna overlooking the Gulf. There are two elevators and rolling luggage carriers that you can roll out to your car.
Parking lot has an electronic gated system as well as electronic secure entry areas to the building. There is a boardwalk to the beach from the pool area and outside showers.
The condo is centrally located to restaurants, outdoor activities, and nightly entertainment all within walking distance.
Downtown, shopping malls, naval air station (famous Blue Angels), museums, sport fishing, golfing, and much much more are just minutes away!
