Enjoy this stunning 950 sq ft, 1BR/1BA unit in the heart of the Russian River Appellation. The unit sits on a two acre private vineyard estate and is above a Dutch barn the owners use as their private winery, producing coveted Pinot Noir.

The unit offers high end finishes and unique antiques and collectibles throughout, along with stunning vineyard views and two gracious decks to help you enjoy the views. The home is ideal for a romantic getaway for two, but could accommodate a third person.

Amenities are extensive, a full gourmet kitchen, spacious living area, clawfoot bathtub and shower combination, exquisite queen size bed with custom antique French mantel turned headboard, and luxurious linens to help you drift off peacefully.

The estate is located about 12 minutes from downtown Healdsburg and just 2.5 miles from world famous Westside Road. Beach access to the Russian River is just a mile away and there are several great California cuisine restaurants minutes away.

Within half a mile is the Joe Rodato trail that meanders 20+ miles to Santa Rosa through gorgeous vineyard landscapes. It's yours to explore on foot with your beloved dogs or you can bike. Whatever you choose to do, you will not be disappointed!

  • Our stay for 2 days was great !...we loved it. The view from all the windows was so beautiful, surrounded by lovely "park like" grounds. It was like a Home away from home" with a very comfortable bed and everything you need for a great stay. The setting is very private, well decorated and serene. The complimentary family Pinot Nior was fantastic. We are looking forward to future stays at this charming country estate. Charlie & Shari Palmer ( big flat screen t.v. nice touch too !)

  • My wife and I enjoyed our six nights tremendously. The suite is beautifully decorated, set beside the family vineyard, and in close proximity to many top-notch RRV wineries. The owners were friendly and very helpful. We hope to return soon, and would not hesitate to recommend this place to our family and friends. (by the way, their Pinot Noir is fabulous!)

  • Stayed here for two nights -- wish it could have been more! Impeccably decorated and really comfortable bed. Owners had wonderful surprises for us - complimentary bottle of wine, freshly baked cookies, fresh eggs. Had a wonderful stay!
