Gorgeous 2 BR/2 BA unit on the eighth (top) floor of a highly requested, beachfront condo located in the heart of Destin. Sterling Sands is a very popular, low-rise building with a spectacular beach view.
This unit has been recently renovated. You will love the brand new kitchen with cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite. There is a dual zone wine cooler to keep your favorite beverages at just the right temperature.
Your ocean view dining area seats seven people. Your living area comes complete with a flat screen television, DVD and stereo system. There are nine foot ceilings and tile throughout the living and dining areas to give you a spacious feeling.
The oceanfront master bedroom boasts a king bed with television and DVD. The second bedroom has twin beds along with a television and DVD player. Both the master bathroom and second bathroom have cherry cabinets and new fixtures. Both bedrooms and bathrooms also have new linens and towels.
Your extra large oceanfront deck has an eating table for those romantic sunset dinners. You have a fantastic view of the pool and the sparkling emerald waters from your deck.
Beachside service including chair/umbrella rental and kayak/boogie board rental is available on your 380' of private beach.
If you are looking for other things to do, Destin offers a large selection of casual and fine dining restaurants. For the shopper, we are minutes away from Destin Commons which features a large selection of specialty stores and a RAVE movie theater. For the golfer in the family, there are several championship golf courses located in the Destin area.
