New 5 BR, stilt house that is seven houses from the beach. So close, there is no need for a golf cart! You can enjoy both decks for sunning and viewing the oceanfront. Enough parking for 3 vehicles comfortably. Golf carts are available through Ocean Lakes.
This custom built home has an open floor plan with the Master on the main floor. Sleep comfortably on the king size bed in the master suite. The kitchen, dining room, and den are conveniently located on the main floor. The second floor accommodates 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The second floor balcony has a beautiful ocean view.
*A $400 security deposit is required within 7 days after reservation is made to hold your request.
*Balance is due in full 30 DAYS before beginning rental date.
*If house is left damage free, and the keys are returned, the $400 security deposit will be returned to the renter. If not, the $400 security deposit will cover repair.
Check in time is 2:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM
**Price includes cleaning fee for weekly stays only. There is a $125.00 charge for cleaning for less that 7 day stays.**

Ocean Lakes requires a $3.00 per night per car pass which is not
included in the price of renting the house.
