This custom built home has an open floor plan with the Master on the main floor. Sleep comfortably on the king size bed in the master suite. The kitchen, dining room, and den are conveniently located on the main floor. The second floor accommodates 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The second floor balcony has a beautiful ocean view.
*A $400 security deposit is required within 7 days after reservation is made to hold your request.
*Balance is due in full 30 DAYS before beginning rental date.
*If house is left damage free, and the keys are returned, the $400 security deposit will be returned to the renter. If not, the $400 security deposit will cover repair. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this house.
