In the winter you can hop on the free bus that takes you directly to the base of the Winter Park ski area, and in the summer, Winter Park and the Fraser valley is known for its 600+ miles of trails for mountain biking and hiking. A scenic hiking/bike path is located just below the condo and it winds and curves its way to the town of Winter Park and ends at the base of the slopes. Also, you can walk right out your door to the lake at Waterside West to fish in the stocked pond, have a picnic or BBQ! Of course, hiking, biking, three golf courses, hot springs, and all the other wonderful attractions of the Fraser valley are here for your choosing.
Nearby attractions include Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, Granby Lake and Shadow Mountain Lake (for all your water sport needs) and Hot Sulphur Springs (hot mineral springs). Pole Creek golf course is a few miles down the road and has amazing views of the valley surrounding this public golf course.
