Good Complex close to the beach

We stayed in this unit for Spring Break with my 2 children (6&4). There is a fold out bed in the living room (couch) that made it comfortable sleeping for all 4 of us. The beach is a short 2 block walk away. The complex has a pool right outside the patio. The washer and dryer were very nice to have and property was clean. Looked as though upgrades were made to bathroom. Would recommend and would stay again. The only thing I wish it had but didn't was a TV in the bedroom so we could watch TV after the children were asleep in the living room.

my dad and i stayed at jim and sydelle condo and i must say what a pleasure it was. what can i say we were at home from the moment we arrived, the condo is beautifully decorated , updated and neat as a pin. new bathroom and fixtures.. park right outside your door , no steps to climb, easy access. nice patio steps to the pool. minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.do yourself a favor and stay at this condo you will be glad you did. and sydelle is a pleasure to work with./ thank you sydelle.RON& RON. We had a wonderful stay here - the condo is very well equipped and you really only need to bring yourselves and your beach towels! The location is great as it is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and it is close enough to Destin and Sandestin (which is very important for the outlet mall!) We stayed at the condo with our 2 1/2 year old son and he loved it as there was enough room for him and the lawn at the back with a fenced pool area made it easy to play with him and also not have to worry about him going to the pool unsupervised. Perhaps it was because of the time of year but it was very quiet which was also a bonus - although it was a bit chilly to swim, we sat around the pool a couple of days and it is on the doorstep of the condo so it is so easy to get to. The fact that the condo is also on ground level is also a bonus. The owners are so friendly and very helpful which made the booking a breeze and reassuring to know that someone was on the other end of the phone if we needed anything. We would definitely look at booking this property again and recommending it to anyone else heading to the beach!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It felt like we were at home the whole time there.The area was fantastic. Sydelle and Jim were great to work with. I would reccommend there place to anyone looking to visit the Destin area...We hope to get back soon. Thanks to Sydelle/Jim for your hospitality..Mike and Shannon.

We stayed here the last week of June and it was wonderful! Great size for us - 2 adults and 2 children. Ideal location, within walking distance to the perfect spot on the beach, and close to all the shopping and dining in Destin. Nice back patio and pool right outside the backdoor for a relaxing evening off the beach or early morning coffee break. We had everything we needed and felt right at home! Thank you for sharing this amazing place! We loved it and will return soon!

This was our 3rd anniversary and we always try to make a trip to Destin everywhere. We absolutely loved staying here! It was in the best location and convenient to everything we wanted to do. It was the perfect size for just us, but we could have easily shared with another couple. We will definitely book this property again if it is available. Great getaway! My friend, niece and myself spent 3 days/4 nights at this lovely little condo. The pictures don't do it justice. We were very pleased. Sydelle had thought of everything you might need, so all you need is to just bring your suitcase and enjoy. It was very clean and neat. It was alittle further to the beach than I thought it would be, but still not a bad walk. The location was good- great places to eat in just a short walk/drive. Pompano Joe's, The Crabb Trapp [the food was great and the homemade chocolate cake was the best I ever ate!!] Sydelle was very accommodating and forth coming with information and, available. It was great to park right outside our door! I would definitely recommend to others!

My friends and I took a trip to Destin and stayed at the Sandprints, property 2273. This was our second year staying here and we love it! It is a perfect distance to the beach and close to other great areas, like the outlets! The condo is in excellent shape and decorated so nicely! It has everything we need and it made our stay so easy. The pool is right out the back door and we enjoyed sitting out on the back porch at night. We would recommend this place to anyone and we'll be back again next year!

Sometimes you never know what you are going to get - This Condo was clean and just enough for the two of us. Very relaxing and peaceful! Perfect for our interests - Just a few blocks south and we had the beach - Just a few blocks north and we had a small golf course. Out our back door was a beautiful pool. What more could we ask for? We would definitely like to return!

I was very pleased with the condo, so neat, clean and well furnished. There was no trouble locating the condo and the owners were available by phone if any problems had arisen. Wonderful area for walking and very close to the beautiful beach.
