Our condo is located in the heart of Newport Beach. The ocean side of the house is all glass/ sliding doors with unobstructed ocean views and 2 furnished ocean view balconies where you can sit and watch the sun set. Great ocean breezes. Park 2 cars in the driveway and even more parking out front in the common area parking lot. We offer onsite common area tennis courts, pools, Jacuzzi and sauna. The beach is just a walk or bike ride away so leave your car parked and as a result, you don’t need to worry about finding beach parking, the noise and the overall congestion of the zoo below. Everything you need for a day on the beach is provided. Visit Disneyland in just 20 minutes or enjoy a bike ride on our 15-mile beach boardwalk (many say this is the highlight of their vacation)! Completely furnished. King size bed in master. Queen in the second room and 2 twin beds in the third room. There is also a pull out sofa couch in the living room for extra bedding if needed. No Smoking and No Pets. Our home is very bright and sunny and offers more than any hotel in the area at a better price. Shopping/ Dining: Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza are a shot drive or taxi away. All offer wonderful dining, shopping and entertainment for the whole family. Weather: We have no seasons!! This is Southern California and I can't tell you how many days we have in winter that feel like summer, it just gets cold at night. Summer is summer and around 76-85 degrees during the day and now less than 68 degrees at night, great for sitting on the deck. Bring your own laptop to connect to our wireless internet. Our family, consisting of 7 adults, one 5 yr. old, and two toddlers, spent a very enjoyable Thanksgiving week here. The open floor plan worked out great for visiting, while having bedrooms upstairs made it quiet for naptime. As promised in the brochure, there was a beautiful view of the ocean. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. Having bikes and helmets available was a great feature, and the owner brought us a smaller one when he learned we needed it. We didn't spend much time in the rec. room, but it was there, with a pool table, as advertised. The pool and hot tub would have been more inviting for our group if it had been closer to the property, but we still managed to get in once. The beach was within walking distance for us and the beach towels and toys were appreciated. The property was easy to find and within a reasonable driving distance to shopping/dining. Although the property was part of a complex, it was peaceful and quiet. Overall, this property met our expectations and made for a very enjoyable family gathering.

My husband, son and daugher loved this home away from home. The accomodations were clean and comfortable, the neighborhood was peaceful, the pool was fabulous and the view was just amazing. We really enjoyed being able to use the great grill and eat on the balcony several times. And I slept so much better than I ever do in a hotel, and appreciated having more space for us all than can be provided with even a suite hotel.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
