This apartment is first class and brand new. Compare staying here with staying in a Disney Hotel and you will be astonished.
Half the price of a 'moderate' Disney Resort but twice as much space as a 'Deluxe' Resort.
Not only will you be saving money but you will also have the benefit of two bathrooms and two bedrooms rather than the one you will get in Disney.
You also have the benefit of leaving the Disney 'Estate' every day, trust me you will be glad you did! Great though Disney is it does you good to get a break.
If you are worried that you might be missing out we recommend that for the ideal holiday you book for a week or two here and then with just a small part of the money you have saved book yourselves into the best Disney Hotel you can afford for one last night 'blowout' with the full character breakfast etc. as a special treat and a surprise for the children.
Kissimmee (especially the old town) has some character of its own. I suggest you allow some time to explore the area.
You are only yards from the '192', a typical US highway that cuts through the suburbs.
On both sides you will see dozens of places to eat as well as chemists (drug stores), supermarkets, souvenir shops, banks etc.
Disney Magic Kingdom, Animal World, MGM Studios, EPCOT, Universal Studios, all the water parks including Wet & Wild, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Cape Kennedy, Gulf Coast, Bush Gardens, Sea World, the list is endless.
We do not charge extra for 6 guests but please note that 4 guests would of course be more comfortable.
We do own a number of Cane Island condos so if you think you may require more space then do ask, I may well do a special deal for you on a second condo.
If you require a cot or baby seat then please let me know, one will be waiting for you on your arrival. The condo will be cleaned & fresh linen & towels provided.

Reviewer Location: London Review Rating : 5/5 Review Title : "Lovely condo, great location" "We spent a week in the condo in April. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub kept the children away from the TV in the evenings and was a pleasant place to relax after a day at the theme parks. All the parks are within easy driving distance, the furthest being Universal 25 minutes away. Disney is much closer, just along the 192. Wal-Mart, less than 10 minutes away, is a good place to buy souvenirs with a huge range of Disney and Marvel themed T-shirts at a fraction of the park prices. The booking process was easy and the owners sent helpful travel information, maps etc. Tip: bring a few dishwasher tablets to avoid buying a Wal-Mart sized box!"
