This fully equipped studio is a block away from the Champs Elysees closed to the Franklin Roosevelt metro station. It is located at the top 6th level (seventh American) of a XIX century building with only courtyard and rooftop views and therefore offers full silence. It even provides a view of the Eiffel tower. The building is very secure and has an elevator.

The studio consists of a main room with a convertible high quality sofa which develops a comfortable double bed ( 140 * 195 cm or 55 * 77 inches ), a bathroom with large shower, toilets and washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. there are plenty of closets and a table for two.

The apartment comes with free phone to 80 countries including North America and Australia, free WI-Fi, free cable TV and air conditioning.

The all-inclusive weekly rental fee covers linens and towels, and one cleaning.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than ten minutes) to the Champs Elysees , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourd Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre. Franklin Roosevelt, the nearest metro station is on line 1 and 9.

The area is very safe. This is where most of the four stars hotels of Paris are located. There is a wide range of restaurants and a number of supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood

  • We found this apartment to be better than described. We were two people, but I think that even two people with a small child would enjoy their stay and not feel too cramped. It is definitely quiet, so it is easy to fall asleep, and the sofa-bed is by far the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Everything is modern and it was easy to feel at home. It is easily possible to put all clothing away into the closet and storage drawers, so you are not living out of your suitcases. There is even an iron and ironing board! The ENTIRE experience was handled in the most professional manner possible. It was made clear to us when we arrived that if any troubles arose, they would be handled for us immediately. We would definitely stay here again! Oh, the view of the Eiffel tower is much closer than it looks in the photo.

  • This studio is perfect for the lone traveler! I enjoyed my 4 nights here, and loved the neighborhood. For a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe and was very comfortable here. I was able to easily walk to almost every major site. The free phone was also convenient, and saved me international cell phone fees. I look forward t staying here again on my next trip to Paris.
