I stayed at Olivier's apartment for 3 nights and it was a great experience. Communication with Olivier was easy and fast prior to my arrival, he gave me instructions how to get there from the airport and it was pretty easy (about 1 hour and a half). The apartment is exactly as it's described. It's small but very comfortable and location is 5 stars! All the major sites are within the walking distance. Metro is very close as well, Line 1 takes you directly to Louvre. It was awesome to be able to make free phone calls around the world from the apartment, wifi worked very well too. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a single traveller or a couple. Thank you Olivier and Salvador Elena, Canada

My husband and I stayed at this studio apartment close to Champs Élysées for 6 nights and were very pleased with the apartment itself and the great location. The unit is small, but served our needs well; it was clean and we were provided with linens and towels. The kitchen came in handy, along with the provided plates and utensils, allowing us to eat breakfast at "home" and sometimes dinner. The bed was comfortable and having access to wifi was extremely helpful. We would without hesitation stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Olivier and Salvadore have done it again! This is the third apartment of theirs I have had experience of and it did not disappoint. This was not my first choice, (everything else was booked at short notice!) so I was pleasantly surprised to find a bright, light spacious studio with the most comfortable big bed and the bonus is the view of the Eiffel tower outside the window at night. ( You have to look a little sideways to see it ) I could sit blogging on my computer on the side of the bed and see the ET. The studio is very quiet, secure, clean and well equipped, the shower is spacious and they even provide a shopping trolley. The area is upmarket with very good transport, metro and bus, links for getting around and it is a pleasant walk to the Arc de Triomphe or the river. Plenty of shops and cafes around. I ate in Villa Spicy one evening on Ave Franklin D Roosevelt and can recommend. There are also a lot of inexpensive cafes as there are a lot of office workers during the day. Just a tip. The bed lifts up and there is perfect storage for suitcases underneath. My only difficulty was figuring out the washer. when I put it on short,45 minute wash the clothes came out dripping wet. This was ok as I wring them out and hung them over the handy rails over the heater, provided to dry, but ask how to use the washer properly if you intend to use it.

My husband and I stayed at Olivier's studio for four nights and were very pleased with the accommodations and location. The bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, and the small kitchen and bath provided everything we needed. There weren't very many English channels on the TV, but we didn't come to Paris to watch TV! Champs Elysses being so close proved convenient, as there were lots of eateries open (even late night in the "off"-season) and it was easy to get to a grocery store. The metro was an easy walk as well (not much more than a block away!), making all of Paris very accessible. Olivier was very kind and easy to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The listing description was accurate regarding the location and amenities. It was small yes but it was just perfect for me. The apartment was clean and well maintained and very well equipped. I was able to prepare meals, make coffee, tea, whatever. I was very pleased with the apartment, it's location and all the amenities. Just up the street on Rue de Ponthieu there's a FranPrix which is an inexpensive market with just enough of everything to make you feel like you're really a local. I loved being able to peak my had out the window, look to the right and say "Bonjour Eiffel Tower" it was great to be able to see the Eiffel Tower at night too when they would light it up and make it sparkle. (Loved that!) The owner was very generous, accommodating and patient with my questions. The apartment is literally steps away from the Champs Elysees and just as you turn the corner, there's the Virgin Mega Store. Fantastic location, I felt like I was really a Parisienne. There are lots of restaurants in the area and very near to the Metro. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We loved staying at this apartment. The location of this apartment is great! The apartment is small, clean, in an excellent location and it has a great bathroom. The apartment has an elevator to make it easier to transport your luggage. We would stay at this apartment again!

My husband, 19-month-old son and I stayed here for a weekend in September 2011. The apartment was great - everything you need in an efficient space. It is very clean and the sofa-bed was comfortable. There was some confusion with our arrival (CALL AHEAD IF YOU'LL BE LATER THAN EXPECTED - we took longer at the airport than expected and therefore had to wait a little over an hour for someone to drop off the keys once we got to the apartment because we didn't call when leaving the airport). The location is excellent. The metro is nearby, but we found it more enjoyable to walk. Walking, with a toddler in tow, it was 10 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe via the Champs Elysees, 30 minutes to the Eiffel Tower and 30 minutes to the Louvre. We were on the cheap, so we didn't eat out a lot. There was a grocery store nearby and everything needed to make simple meals in the apartment. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any individual, couple, or couple with young child (2 or younger). Enjoy Paris!
Owner response:it is definitely a good idea to call from the airport once you have gone through customs and you have picked up your luggage. public transportation takes about one a half hour to reach the studio ( train+ metro), with the taxi you should expect a little less than an hour depending on the traffic. we do not recommend the air france bus which is not cheap and the longest option. the sofa bed was replaced in february 2012 by a very comfortable queen size bed.

I stayed here in May, 2011, and the owner was extremely accommodating to my late arrival, and helpful with payments, etc. The free internet was terrific, it was quite clean and the apt. really suited my needs. It was terrific to have an elevator in Paris. It's just steps away from all the attractions, but still very quiet.

My mom and I wanted a safe place to stay and this apartment was perfect. There are bars and a couple of restaurants on the street and we were two blocks away from the Champs Elysses and the FDR metro stop. The apartment is small, but for 2 people it was perfect. It was clean, there's a small kitchen, wireless internet, and free long distance to US and Canada! We stayed for 9 nights and we couldn't have asked for more.

We loved our stay at this quiet flat. Every interaction with the owner was amicable, accommodating and helpful. The flat itself is very clean and located in a beautiful, local area and in close proximity to two metro stations. It's an easy walk to lots of major sites, too. We can't wait to go back!

This apartment is much smaller in person than it looks in the pictures, but that being said, it's very cozy and has everything you need. The view out the window is very nice, as authentic Parisian as it gets. And the apartment is located in a nice building with friendly neighbors. The Champs Elysee is right down the street, a two minute walk, which is very convenient. The property managers Olivier and Salvador were very hospitable and friendly. I would recommend this apartment for a couple or maybe for a mother, daughter trip. Tip: At night, it's hard to find the lights when you're entering or exiting the building, so it would be useful to bring a small flashlight.

My wife and I stayed here the last week of May 2010. The studio is small but has all the necessities required. Well kept studio and building minutes to the Metro or the Arch de Triumph. A great home base for a couple or single traveler. The price was right and we couldn't have been in a better location. Thanks guys Brian and Louise

Me and my girl spent 7 nights is this great studio. It is well fully equipped so you can feel like home. The bed is very comfortable which is so important because you will be tired after the long walks and you need a good rest :) It takes 1 minute to reach champ elisee from this studio and it is a supermarket near if needed. Also there is a metro so close ( Franklin D. Roosevelt station ). From this station you have fast connections with the major attractions which is also great. Olivier, the owner is a kind person always willing to give instructions. He was just in time when we met and was very polite. He also speaks perfect English. The sudio is perfect for couples ! You can also feel great with a child I'm sure. Have a great stay in Paris !!!

This flat is perfect for the single traveler or adventurous couple. It feels bigger than it is and is close to all the sights. The train access doesn't get easier and the location is very safe with a ton of great restaurants, bars, and shops within easy walking distance. Great view and great service from the owner. Would definately recommend. The only drawback was lack of a clothes dryer.

We found this apartment to be better than described. We were two people, but I think that even two people with a small child would enjoy their stay and not feel too cramped. It is definitely quiet, so it is easy to fall asleep, and the sofa-bed is by far the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Everything is modern and it was easy to feel at home. It is easily possible to put all clothing away into the closet and storage drawers, so you are not living out of your suitcases. There is even an iron and ironing board! The ENTIRE experience was handled in the most professional manner possible. It was made clear to us when we arrived that if any troubles arose, they would be handled for us immediately. We would definitely stay here again! Oh, the view of the Eiffel tower is much closer than it looks in the photo.

This studio is perfect for the lone traveler! I enjoyed my 4 nights here, and loved the neighborhood. For a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe and was very comfortable here. I was able to easily walk to almost every major site. The free phone was also convenient, and saved me international cell phone fees. I look forward t staying here again on my next trip to Paris.
