Patti and Garry Overholt on our 34th wedding anniversary, July 2009. Here we are at our home, Casa de Relaxo, near Destin. Not to be confused with CONDO de Relaxo where we hope you will enjoy your next Florida beach vacation.
Why the Owner Chose Panama City
Garry designed and built these units for a developer from Macon, Ga. While building, we fell in love with the convenient location and the relaxing atmosphere. The condo is a great place to vacation with family and friends because the design gives everyone their privacy. You can be together but still escape if you need to.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
We go to Condo de Relaxo to get away from telephones, computers, and the stress of being in the building business. Conde de Relaxo has that relaxed beach vibe that we like, especially at sunset when we walk on the beach. When we are hungry we just walk down the street to a restaurant or next door to the Nacho Stand.
