THE OCEANFRONT PAVILION - contains the living room with spectacular views of the neighboring island Kohl Phangan. The folding windows create a seamless connection to the outdoor living/entertaining areas as well as the 25-metre lap pool with Jacuzzi. The interior is sophisticated and comfortable, a contemporary haven for you to fulfill your tropical holiday dream.
THE SECOND PAVILION -contains the kitchen/dining, with the latest technology in German appliances, including double ovens and built in coffee maker. Two islands, for your entertaining/cooking enjoyment. The elegant dining room is equipped with contemporary glass table and seating for up to eight. The entire space is a symphony of comfort, convenience and function.
THE THIRD PAVILION- Master and Guest bedrooms. Both en-suite.
The Master Bedroom, a sanctuary of calm, with views through the pavilions to the ocean. Vaulted ceiling, four-poster bed adorned with silk draping and ample room to absorb the magic of the Villa together. The professional interior will dazzle you.

The Banyan Terrace and Banyan Garden Suites have been professionally decorated and are luxuriously appointed with original art work, custom made furnishings, 320 thread count cotton sheets, tropical duvets, ceiling fans, air conditioning and hotel quality kitchen amenities. The accommodation includes daily maid service.
The Banyan Terrace Suite- self-contained bedroom with huge terrace and views of the ocean. The large doors slide open to embrace the natural beauty outside. The elegant and luxurious interior is complete with convenience centre* for your enjoyment. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower, granite counter, and ample windows to give the feeling of being with nature. The Banyan Garden Suites (One and Two) self-contained bedroom/outdoor living/dining areas within a garden setting. These are beautifully appointed with elegant comfortable decor and convenience centre*. - This villa is comprised of 4 pavilions, one with the living room, a dining and kitchen pavilion, master bed and bathroom with guest bed and bathroom, the fourth pavilion has three distinct and separate bedrooms with their own outdoor lanai. Each room has the latest flat screen TV's with DVD players and IPod docking stations. The kitchen is equipped with the most modern German Siemens appliances including wine fridge and built-in cappuccino-coffee maker and even double wall ovens. The kitchen also has double granite islands for the ultimate entertainment area. A 25 meter lap pool adjoins the villa with starting point right from the master bedroom. Step out from the front of the villa to the amazing golden sandy beach and clear, pristine waters of the Gulf of Thailand. A coral reef makes for interesting underwater viewing right at your doorstep. A double kayak and windsurfer are available for the guests.
