Why the Owner Chose Windsor Hills
We came to Florida 2 years ago for the first time and stayed at Windsor Hills. We couldn't believe how lovely the Nature Reserve was, how safe and secure, what wonderful facilities it provided us with and the close proximity to the Parks, Restaurants, Shopping Malls, everything was on hand. Windsor Hills is also so perfectly kept, clean and beautifully stocked with plants. It was just the perfect location for the perfect holiday and we sure had one of those. So much so that we purchased one that had just been built and we haven't looked back since. It is worth noting also though that we didn't just look on Windsor Hills when first considering purchasing a Villa, we looked at several different gated communities like this one, all over the region but none of them quite had the same feel about them that Windsor Hills had, there was just something missing from the others. Windsor Hills had something just that bit extra. You know how it is when you want that perfect house, you can't explain it why one location is better than another, it's just something you feel and that was what it was like for us. We bought the property with another couple and we each come out here once a year, we have 3 children 11, 13, and 15, our friends have 5 children 3, 5, twins 12 and another 15 year old all of whom love it here. The rest of the time we rent it out to other traveler's like yourselves who want an equally great holiday.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Our children love Tennis so we are always up at the Tennis Courts, when we come together or bring other people along the kids go out to the basket ball area too. For our children who live in England and good weather is hard to come by they really love the pool. It doesn't matter what time of day it is someone is in that pool. Sometimes our eldest likes us to go out and leave him there just to chill out by himself in the pool and play in the games room uninterrupted. The games room also has games where you can beat each other's high score, and children being competitive little beings can't resist trying to beat each others scores. Even my husband who used to be a dab hand at the space invader can't keep himself of the arcade machine, no-one can beat his high score on that though, and the kids have tried. I personally like a jog around the estate in the mornings and have a look around. Everyone is friendly and Windsor Hills is just lovely.
You can play Tennis, Volley Ball, Basket Ball or Miniature Golf or even barbecue here. There is a car park if you want to drive round
Old Lake Wilson Road is the road you take to approach the Entrance of Windsor Hills, you then just continue on round Teascone Blvd to approach our Villa
This is the highway you take to get anywhere, to Disney or the other parks, to shopping Malls or Grocery Stores.

This picture is of myself and my husband during an evening out at a Charity Ball. We live in England and for us to come to the sunshine state once a year is just lovely. After a few times of visiting here we don't go to the parks every day, we still do visit the theme parks because we do love them, not so much Disney as our children are older now but Universal Studio's, Bush Garden's (my favorite) and Sea World another personal favorite of mine we do visit. But we also like to visit Miami and the keys and do some shopping. Our family is quite diverse in that we don't share all of the same interests and hobbies so staying here does allow us some personal space in the house and outside of the house, and we can get off and do what we want, split some days and go places together other day. We have freedom to do what we want. The house is so spacious we are not on top of each other which is great.

Hi, we stayed at this lovely property for our vacation last summer, the villa was spacious, well equipped, wonderfully furnished with the most comfortable sofa, and beds you don't want to leave, the location of Windsor Hills is also just perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here, we have stayed in Florida loads of times but this place really beats them all, really worth shopping around when you find one like this!!!
