Stayed here for a week- and LOVED it! The pictures don't do it justice. We cooked all of our own food, and found most of the kitchen stuff adequate (However, I would have LOVED a large electric griddle to cook pancakes, french toast, etc) but we made do with several small frypans on the stove. Plenty of room in the house for our group of 12. Loved the pool, loved the proximity to the parks, and loved our stay. If we go back to the area, we will definately stay here again. Owners were quick to respond via email to any questions etc that we had.

Perfect place for families with small kids going to Disney

We just had a wonderful family vacation and LOVED staying at this property. With so many bedrooms, all of us had our own including our 2y and 4y old daughters. The provided crib fit perfectly in the children's Toy Story themed room. Our 4y our loved sleeping on the top bunk of the Minnie Mouse themed room. We got our own mini master next to the kids and the grandparents enjoyed the main master. Great uncle and greatgrandma got their own rooms as well. After kids were in bed each night, adults could enjoy wine downstairs together, something we could not have done at a hotel. After spending 3 long days at Disney, each afternoon was spent relaxing at the house and enjoying the pool and the nearby playground. It took less time to leave the house and arrrive at the parking lot of Disney than it did to park, take the monorail, and arrrive at the Kingdoms. That's how close Disney is to this home. We loved the comforts of "home" and being able to eat our meals there rather than spending insane amounts of money on mediocre food at Disney. The only thing that didn't live up to expectation was the temperature of the heated pool. It was still a bit chilly for this Texan family. The safety features for the pool were better than expected and we felt very safe that our kids would not get in the pool without supervision. When we called the property manager to tell him the spa was not working, it was fixed promptly. When we couldn't figure out how to use the DVD player, he walked us thru it over the phone. The team caring for this house and its guests was fabulous to work with. When we come back for our next Disney trip, we want to stay here again!

We are working on improving the heating capabilities of the pool in late 2013 or 2014. Unfortunately, Florida puts limits on our options but we are researching the best and most up to date solution. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. We comfortably slept 12 for the week, it is spacious and the decor is very nice. The pool/whirlpool/gameroom definite bonus, keeping the kids entertained. The location is so convenient to all the parks, and the house provides "home living" on vacation. The owner has been great to work with. I would definitely recommend to all! Thanks again!

Fabulous Vacation Home Close to Disney Attractions

This beautiful home was the perfect home-away-from-home for our family vacation. The layout is spacious and the accomodations are top notch. The interior decor is beautiful and the features are excellent. Honestly, the house in itself would be a vacation destination if you just wanted to get away to a peaceful spot...but then, its proximity to the Disney Attractions as well as to the freeway access to get to other Orlando area attractions make it unbeatable.

A wonderful villa

My wife and family (6 adults and one 3yr old granddaughter) recently spent two weeks in this villa and we were overwhelmed with the luxury in the villa and totally satisfied with all the facilities provided. The security system getting into Winsor Hills makes you feel very safe and the villas proximity to the Parks, especially Disney, makes your journey times very short indeed approximately 10 mins. door to door. My granddaughter loved the pool area which was very safe (fenced off) and it was a matter of her picking one of the adults to get in the pool with her, so we were all kept very busy. I would have no hesitation booking this villa again if and when we visit Orlando in the future.

My Get Away Was Awesome!

This was a great place to stay for a week long vacation. It was like a home away from home. It included everything you'd need to enjoy your stay. From a washer/dryer, blender, iron/board, grill, coffee maker, crock pot; u name it, it was there. The place was very clean and comfortable. It was very convinent and close to everything. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again in the near future!!

Thank you Dawn for allowing us to stay at your house at Windsor Hills. The house was as described, clean and well looked after. Windsor Hills is a great resort that is close to Disney, restaurants and shopping. We had a group of 12 and the house was large enough that we all had our own space. It was really relaxing to lounge aroung the pool while the kids splashed away. Dawn was really great to work with as she quickly replied to any of our questions. This is a great rental for any large groups or families. Thanks again Dawn for helping us have a great vacation.

Great house in fantastic location

We spent 2 weeks in this house in January 2012 and were very happy with it. The location is fantastic - very close to the Disney parks and to the restaurants etc on 192. Also close to Publix and Target supermarkets. The house was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. It was very spacious with plenty of room for our young children to run around. The resort was very quiet and we made good use of the playgrounds and the pool at the clubhouse. The pool at the house was lovely and with the heating on was extremely warm. Dawn was easy to deal with and very efficient. I have already recommended this house to friends.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us! My family and I had a wonderful time during our 16 day stay--we didn't want to leave! Everything was just as you described, only better. We were such a happier family having room to spread out as opposed to being all stuck in 1 hotel room. Having access to a washer and dryer meant we could pack less and schlep fewer bags through busy airports. Windsor Hills was so close to everything we wanted to see and do! During our 16 day trip, we not only went to the parks but also used the house as a "home base" for day trips to St. Augustine, Daytona and Tampa. Being able to park in a driveway as opposed to circling through a parking lot late at night looking for a spot to park was divine! AND--having plenty of showers for people to get cleaned up each day meant we had more "down time" as a family. After several visits to the Orlando area, this was by far our best trip ever--and, the best value ever, too! Between the swimming pool, game room, and all the TV's entertainment was covered! And when we were ready to hit the hay, the beds were comfy and luxurious and exactly what we needed after being on the go all day. Our family is already talking about "when we go back"! Thank you Dawn for sharing your beautiful house with my family!

Perfect Location

This house is in a perfect location, approximately 15 mins from the fantastic Disney complex, 25 mins from Universal Studios, and 30 mins from the Airport. There are plenty of local amenities close by, with a huge Wall Mart about 20 mins away (up the i27). There are restaurants for all tastes up the road. Dawn is very helpful and will answer any query quickly. The house is very spacious with all the extras you could possibly want, and suitable for all ages. I really hope to go back again in the future.

My family of 12 rented this home for my mom's 80th birhday. The youngest in the group was 1-1/2 years old. There was room for everyone.Having a main floor bedroom was a great help for my mom as she does not do stairs. The pool area was used constantly and the safety fence around the pool was very helpful. We were mins. away from Disney properties, good restaurants, golf and shopping. We were having issues with the internet connection but a quick e-mail to Dawn and it was fixed. We did a lot of the meals at home and it was a great kitchen to work in. Every utensil was there for our needs. We will definitely recommend this home to others.

This home provides all the requirements for a perfect Disney vacation. It is well appointed, spacious, comfortable, secure and convenient. The pool with adjoining spa in a screened lanai is a welcoming relaxing oasis after a busy day at one of the very proximate Disney parks or other area attractions. Our only regret is that we didn't bring more friends and family with us. We were a party of 8 and this home can truly and comfortably accomodate 14 guests. This property is located in a very secure (24 hour gated) community with shopping and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Being a real estate appraiser of 28 years I conducted an exhaustive seach of rental homes and considered "on property" and "off property hotels". This is the most best value you will find. It is very fairly priced amoung other rental homes in this and other complexes. The photos on line are current and reflect the actual quality but fail to show the abundant kitchen furnishings that make having meals at home an big economic bonus. We had the best vacation and can not wait to return. We will rent this home again without hesitation. Alot of reviews mention how great it is to work with Dawn and it is the truth. She was very responsive, attentive and accomodating. Life is short take your family on vacation!

Great for our large family getaway to Orlando!

We just returned from visiting Disney/Orlando and staying in this home. It is one of the cleanest, nicest places we've ever stayed! There was plenty of room for all 14 of us there without it seeming crowded. Everything you need is there in the home, even some toys and games for the kids. The decor of the home was great! It is very convenient to Disney....just right up the road. We frequented the nearby Publix a few times which is just 3 miles away. The only minor issue we had is that the TV would not turn on. We called about it the first night and the very next morning a new TV shows up! Talk about quick! We all definitely enjoyed staying in this home, Dawn is great to work with, and if we ever need another place to stay in Orlando then we won't hesitate to book again!

Great holiday, unbeatable location

We travelled to Windsor Hills in Sept 2010 for a 2 week stay. The resort is in a very well maintained condition with a security lodge and excellent communal pool area plus playgrounds. The villa itself was spacious, immaculate and well stocked with appliances. The removable pool 'fence' was a blessing with our toddler and the beds and sofas really comfy. Any issues that came up (and these were minor) were dealt with promptly and efficiently and communication throughout with Dawn was a pleasure. Pool and hot tub were great and well maintained - in fact we spent so much time in there we didn't make it into the games room! Dawn has thoughtful touches throughout such as co-ordinated towels and decor, plastic utensils for the little ones, a selection of DVDs and books on hand, and a great welcome book. Best of all though was the location - a right turn and one junction up the I4 to Disney. Many properties claim a great location but this one delivers - the main stretch at the end of the road also includes staple favourites including Black Angus, Dennys, Perkins , Red Lobster etc and an enormous Target store selling just about everything. This property is truly a home away from home. It is everything and more than what is advertised on the website. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants, shopping and the theme parks are only minutes away. Windsor Hills is truly a five star resort. This home is so clean and well maintained and has all the amenities you need for an enjoyable vacation, plus extras. The homes decor is absolutely beautiful. My family throughly enjoyed our seven night stay and did not want to leave; we highly recommend this home to other vacationors. Thank you Dawn it was a pleasure working with you.

Amazing Rental, Exceptional Accommodations

In one word our Vacation was"Amazing"! The rental was exactly as it is represented on the HomeAway website with little extras like Pool Toys, a stroller and blow dryers in every bathroom! The house and the decor is beautiful! The neighborhood surroundings were great. it is a well kept gated resort community. The location is in the heart of everything! We loved it! But the best part of our rental experience was working with Dawn! Dawn was incredibly professional, timely and accomodating! I would do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks Dawn, you are a class acts! We stayed from June 19, 2010 to June 26, 2010!

Really great house!!

We just returned from 10 nights at this house. The house is perfect. There are SIX bedrooms so it's perfect for a large group. All bedrooms are very comfortable and nice. The furniture/linens/accesories are all in great condition. The kitchen is huge and modern with granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is a large breakfast area for eating and also another large table. We didn't have a lot of time for TV but all the rooms had them with cable. Great wireless internet also. The game room is great, the pool too. Renting a house is so much more economical then staying on Disney property. If you have a larger group it's great too, you can have breakfast together and a place to sit and talk together in the evenings. It is no more than 5 minutes to the parks, very, very easy to find and drive. I highly recommend this house. Nicole

I spent hours researching over 100 properties before deciding on this one and it worked out to be the best choice I could have made. We had 4 adults and 2 children (2 & 5 yrs old). 6 true bedrooms could sleep 12 comfortably. The house was very impeccably CLEAN. The living spaces are furnished with high quality furniture, no whicker. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Kitchen is top notch with stainless appliances, granite counters, and every utensil oyu could possibly need. Can't say enough about the interior. The "deep end" of the pool is 5 feet, which was perfect for walking in the pool with kids learning to swim. Original concerns about pool access with children were alleviated with the high locking system on the slider. Additionally, the security fence can be set up with no effort and can not be penetrated by children. TOTALLY safe. LOCATION is great! 4 minutes from the property to the Disney World gate. Windsor Hills is 1/2 mile from Rte 192. On 192, there are hundreds of restaurants and shops. The Windsor Hills playgrounds, clubhouse, and community pool are a bonus. Community pool has a zero entry area which is perfect for kids. THIS HOUSE CAN EASILY ACCOMODATE 2 OR 3 FAMILIES. Try to find an on-Disney property with 2 Bedrooms. Then price it. You'll be mortified. The owner, Dawn, was very helpful and accomodating and has an on-site manager to help with any needs. I will be returning to this property the next time we return to Orlando.

We had 4 adults and 6 kids in our group and rented Dawn's home for 1 week the first week in April. The house worked out perfectly for our large group. Dawn was great to work with and her attention to detail is evident throughout the whole house. This is my 4th time renting a place off of the VRBO website and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Dawn again. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essential s and had more than enough dishes, glasses, utentsils, etc. for our large group. The kids loved the games room and when they weren't swimming in the pool they were entertaining themselves in the games room. We also enjoyed having the large screen T.V. and appreciated having some movies to watch. There were plenty of bedrooms for our large group and the king bed that I slept in was so comfortable that it made it hard to get up in the morning. The house was very clean. Steve, from the management company, was very nice to work with and was quick to return any phone calls from us. This was our first time to the Disney area and Windsor Hills Resort is located within minutes to Disney. It was very easy getting to and from Disney. We didn't use the clubhouse that much because we enjoyed just hanging out at our house. Thank you again, Dawn for the use of your home. I appreciate your professionalism and your helpfulness. Fantastic Family Vacation!!!

We spent the first seven days of February in this vacation home and had a wonderfully relaxing experience. This gated community is about as close to the Disney parks and other Kissimmee attractionsas you can get....The home is extremely clean and comfortable....The Windsor property has endless amenities to enjoy. However, the biggest compliment I can offer our experience is for the homeowner. It has been a pleasure working with Dawn throughout the entire booking process. Her communication time is virtually immediate - She will field all questions as quick as you can get them to her, and she will handle anything that occurs during your stay with utmost urgency. We encountered a few issues upon arriving at the home that I thought might take days to correct, but she was on top of them within a matter of hours. Thank you, Dawn, for your increbiel hospitality and professionalism. You truly made this vacation just what we wanted and so much more. We will definitely be back soon!

this was the best villa we have stayed in and will definately be wanting to return( if our friends dont book it up 1st, we have recommended it to so many).it really was home from home with an excellent standard of living. the house was immaculate upon arrival,really clean. the location could,nt have been any better with disney virtually on the doorstep and not far to travel to seaworld or universal studios.windsor hills itself had a lot to offer and felt really safe to let the kids wonder to the parks or down to the cinema and shop on their own. shopping was a bonus too, the outlet mall was,nt very far away. we stayed at the house on a few days just to enjoy the surroundings and have a relax by the pool. the house had something for everyone and the games room kept the kids amused for hours. thankyou so much i thoroughly enjoyed your house and will be hoping to return again soon.

I wanted to submit a comment for this Villa because we had such a wonderful time here and it was beautiful. This Villa really did fulfil all our needs and desires, there is nothing they have missed. The property itself is very well maintained with beautiful furnishings, beds that are so comfortable you dont want to get up. The games room was a massive hit, the arcade maching was fabulous and really appealed to the competative ones in our party. Our party was 12 people in total ranging from 1 years old to 70 years old and teenagers inbetween and everyone was suited which is a hard thing to achieve in any family, being able to call home for free was a great advantage of staying here, the internet is a must and a great tv package satisfied the older generation in our party who were somewhat less active. There was just something for everyone here. It goes without saying that a pool is a necessity when staying in Florida, and the safety gate totally necessary with little ones. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook real food which we did quite often. And there was plenty of dining space. All in all this was a fantastic holiday made all the better for fantastic accommodation, this Villa really made our holiday and we would definately recommend this Villa to future guests and Windsor Hills is in a fantastic location, it is clean well maintained quite and peaceful with plenty of facilities on site.

Have just returned from Florida and found it magical. The property itself had every luxury that was needed and more.It easily accommodated 12 people and had something for everybody with ages ranging from 7 to 50. The Windsor hills resort was immaculate and felt very secure, so much so that we let the kids go to the main pool and entertainments area by themselves. Travelling to and from the parks was a doddle, most attractions are within a 20 min drive and basically off 2 roads. Shops bars and resteraunts are within a 5 min drive and offer something for all tastes, and if you dont want to drive the house is set up that you can cook or order in, sit outside with a nice cold beer and chill. I would reccomend this villa to anybody.

We had the most wonderful holiday in this Vacaton Home!. Although my time is limited I just had to spare the time to say thank you to Dawn the Homeowner for her wonderful manner and her diligence and communication skills when dealing with our queries, we have never been to Florida before and her help and advice was second to none, every step of the way she provided assistance to us, nothing was too much trouble for her. I honestly havn't dealt with anyone quite as pleasant and helpful. Anyone pondering on whether to make a decision should make it here and now!. This home is superb, you feel the homely experience from the minute you arrive in the home, it is very spacious and comfortable, the furniture is of a very high standard and the tv is huge as it should be with an array of sattelite channels complete with a HD DVR box where you can record live pause and play programmes that you have recorded earlier while out on the parks. Fantastic entertainment such as HBO channels with no adverts. I suppose you have guessed I love tv and this way i can keep track of my favourite channels without spoiling anyone else's day, obviously for the rest of the family there is the games room that was packed full of great games and the kids loved that especially the arcade machine, everyone was trying to beat each others high score, the pool was a massive hit also, we had to drag them out of there to go out. You can also call home free, well most places anyway, I certainly could call England. There is nothing more you could want from a Vacation Home, I would absolutely without hesitation recommend this home to anyone wanting to have a fabulous vacation.

Although time is limited and we all have such busy lives I just had to add a comment for this Vacation Home, not only did the home offer outstanding facilities, quality of furnishing and complete comfort, the owner was fantastic with communication from the first enquiry to the end of our Holiday, I cannot stipulate enough how important communication is and feeling confident in making a booking with someone especially when you havn't done this before. Windsor Hills is a fantastic gated community with everything to offer, you are so near all the surrounding tourist attractions such as Disney, Seaworld, Aquatica and Wet & Wild. Everything is on your doorstep. If you want that extra special touch of quality and home from home experience with a great games room, tv room, free phone calls and HBO television LOOK no further, they have it all and more here. I wouldn't just recommend this vacation home I would urge you to stay here!!! Save on disappointment and BOOK YOUR STAY HERE. We will definately come back here if we visit Florida again.

I would just like to say what a wonderful time we had in Florida, everything was just perfect. Windsor Hills is the perfect location for Disney as it is so close to everything, eating places and all the attractions are on your doorstep. Windsor Hills itself is both beautiful and peaceful just the tranquil setting required for such a busy holiday. When it comes to Villa's I have to say this is the best one we have ever stayed in yet, and we have stayed in many. There were 12 of us in all with very different needs and I can tell you they were all fulfilled and catered for, the games room was a real winner with the kids and adults I have to say, the arcade game held their competative nature nicely. The pool was fabulous, every holiday in this state should be equipped with a pool and a safety gate which is so necessary with little ones. The comfort of the beds and furnishings was just sublime. But it is the little things that count also with so many different people, being able to call home for free was great for old and young alike, keeping in touch even while on holiday is a very prescious bonus and was very important to us. Also the television channels were far better than we are used to and the ability to record channels while you were out gave you great freedom. I know it's a holiday but some of us still like our tv to relax to. And the internet of course for those teenagers. The kitchen is also well equipped to should you want to prepare a proper meal which we did. All and all I cannot fault this Villa or the ease with which we booked it. No problems at all. Look no further just book here!

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay in this vacation home. Windsor Hills is a very nice gate community and it is conveniently located near area attractions and shopping. The owner was very nice to work with and she gave great customer service; she quickly replied to any inquiries and emails that were sent. We all enjoyed our stay and had a very relaxing vacation. Thanks for your friendly customer service, it's been a pleasure.

Everything went wonderfully smoothly from my first enquiry to her, complete to the end of my holiday. Anyone pondering on whether to make a decision should make it here and now! There is nothing more you could want from a Vacation Home, the other review's left by previous guests have not exaggerated when they have mention the comfort of the beds, they truly are wonderful. I would absolutely without hesitation recommend this home to anyone wanting to have a vacation here, also this homeowner offer's home visits such as a masseur whom gave me the most fantastic massage without my even leaving the home, you can have a hairdresser visit too if you wanted to.!!!

Our entire family including my children and grandchildren stayed in this beautiful villa the week of June 13-20, 2009. We found the villa to be a wonderful home base for our Orlando vacation. It is well maintained and very roomy. There were 10 of us in all and we were very comfortable. The beds were just like being at home, which is a great plus on vacation. Windsor Hills is truly minutes from Disney. We could be in any Disney parking lot in 10 minutes or less. The security of the gated community made us feel very safe. The pool is a great plus for the kids and it is also very well maintained. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Orlando area attractions and needing plenty of room.

Favourite Orlando villa!

We (2 adults + 4 kids 10 to 18) stayed in this villa for two weeks in June 2009 and loved it! We have been to Orlando a number of times and this has been our family’s favourite villa. We would be reluctant to stay anywhere other than Windsor Hills anyway as the location is so convenient for Orlando’s theme parks and shops. The resort facilities (swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, playground..) are great too – even having a small onsite shop was handy and something you just don’t see much in the US where you usually have to drive everywhere. The villa itself was very comfortable (especially the beds) and had everything we needed for our stay. The games room was a big hit with the teenagers and the pool was used several times a day and was lovely and warm. So, all in all, I would definitely recommend this villa and we will try to stay here on future trips to Orlando.

Hi, we stayed at this lovely property for our vacation last summer, the villa was spacious, well equipped, wonderfully furnished with the most comfortable sofa, and beds you don't want to leave, the location of Windsor Hills is also just perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here, we have stayed in Florida loads of times but this place really beats them all, really worth shopping around when you find one like this!!!

Fantastic Christmas Break in Gorgeous Villa

Special thanks to Dawn for the excellent communication we had when booking her villa, This was most reassuring. The villas description and the luxury seen in the photos is exactly what we found when we arrived. We were a large group of 14 but found the villa was large enough for people to have their own space. The free internet was particuarly useful in researching parks/restaurants and for the younger members of our group wanting catch up on their facebook accounts. The pool and spa are excellent. Very clean and lovely outside space for breakfast. We had quite a hectic visit to Orlando cramming in as much as we could in 10 days however had we had longer the villa is a great place to chill out and relax. The complex itself is luxurious and other residents friendly with a real international mix of Americans and Europeans. The tennis courts are excellent and we took advantage of the tennis rackets provided at the villa. The villa itself is in an excellent location and very easy to find. Very convienient for the Theme Parks and shopping Outlets. Safe gated accomodation with friendly security staff. For taxis mention that the property is off old lake wilson road and they require the full street address. Mentioned by others Black Angus Steak House is one of the better local restaurants. All in all our stay could not have been better. Book this villa you will not be disappointed. Anthony

Excellent Property at Windsor Hills

We've just spent 6 days staying in the property at Windsor Hills. We've been to Florida lots of times and this property is perfect for it's location, very close to the Disney Attractions - which is actually quite important because you don't want to be spending hours every day travelling back and forth. It also has a good stretch of shops, resturants and supermarkets closeby on the 192. The Leisure Facilities at Windsor Hills are excellent, we really enjoyed sitting in the sun whilst the children played in the pool. We didn't bother heating our pool, by the end of October it was a bit cold, the children still used it - but the water facilites at the resort are so good with heated pools that we found it better going there. The property has every facility you could want and is very spacious, we had 9 people in our party and it still felt very big, plenty of space with a nice pool area at the house. The games room was a big hit with the children, especially the Arcade Game but it also had a Pool Table, Table Tennis and Darts and Basketball areas. The property looks exactly as it does in the photographs, our 6 days weren't long enough - if we go back in the future we'd save ourselves hours of looking for a suitable property on the internet and just go back here, as it had everything we needed.

We have been staying in holiday homes in Florida for 14yrs and this home is by far the best. As soon as you walk in the door it feels like home, the interior design is as decribed of a very high standard and luxourious. The location could'nt be better, it is near to shops and restaurants and for those of you who like them - the theme parks!! We had a great two weeks there and would,nt hesitate to return again. This house was simply perfect! It certainly helps to have such a lovely place to stay and relax in on those days when you can't face the parks. You really don't have the energy for the parks every day, well we didn't anyway. We operated a system of a day in and a day out. Sometimes the Teenager's we had with us who lack any amount energy at all wanted to stay in the home every day, have a swim which all the kids and adults did every day, either the kids would use it early in the morning and i mean early before we left for the parks or later when we returned and some days when we were in, all day. It is worth mentioning that there are a number of things to do on Windsor Hills for those days home too including the community pool with slides that we did use a couple of times. The owner's of this property also had some tennis rackets here in the games room so we utilized the Tennis Courts too. The kids were in and out of the games room trying to beat each other's high scores on the arcade machine especially, and on the basket ball game too. Also the arcade game is free and this same arcade game is in windsor hills club house and costs 50 cents a go, and you know how easy it is to die on these games, so that was a blessing. We were a big party of 12 and the house was very spacious and comfortable, i would like to have taken the bedrooms home with me, especially the two Master Bedrooms, we had to fight for them, and we were the adults. Also the enormous TV in the family room was great and the fact that there are t.v/dvd's in every bedroom too was wonderful. You really know when you have had a good holiday when you don't want to go home, and staying in lovely accommodation with a home from home experience really adds to your whole holiday experience. You had to drag me out of there. It's also worth noting that these owner's have provided loads of dvd's to watch and a good number of books to read. They have also provided a lot of information by way of a guestbook that lists good eating places and other places of interest to visit. Like Gator land for instance. I really would not hesitate to recommend this property, it might not be the cheapest but having stayed in others previous years i can't tell you what the difference is. It really is worth paying that bit extra to get that bit extra, some properties are really sparse and don't offer the greatest in comfort and facilities, but this one provides it all. Thanks for a great holiday!!

Just a quick note to say how wonderful our stay was here, the accommodation, the close proximity to Disney, everything was just fab! The whole booking process and holiday experience was second to none, would definately recommend staying here, oh and the games room was a real bonus, it had everything, the arcade game was brilliant, definately a home from home experience and truly memorable. Will definately come back again next year

We stayed here for our Summer Holidays and I can't tell you what a great time we all had, as i have said in the title. Everyone is really catered for in this home from young to old. This Villa is beautiful, so comfortably furnished, the problem being it was so nice we really had to drag ourselves out every day. The Games Room was great enterntainment for the kids and adults alike, they had to have it on rota. The pool is also a must for these holidays for all concerned. I would definately recommend a Villa holiday with a pool as a must for these sorts of holiday, It can be so relaxing after a busy day out or just an opportunity to have a day in as the parks are so hectic and exhausting. There was a library of DVD's to watch for all ages and a wonderful huge TV to watch them on and tv's in all the rooms when we were fed up of each other. Also the owner's have created a little library of books to read and magazines they really have given this home a personal touch - it really was like home from home. We particularly wanted to write a review for this home because it was so nice to book a home that promised everything and actually delivered it when you got there. And I dont think that we have ever stayed anywhere that has delivered what the advert said it would befor now. So 5 out of 5 for us we wouldn't hesitate to re-book this home if we ever came back to Florida. Something else to mention when people are choosing where to book a home for closeness to Disney. Windsor Hills truly is just a 5 minute drive down the road. so many places aren't. I hope this is helpful to future guests as i know we were influenced by reading reviews as they are so helpful.

Fantastic Vacation

We have just returned from our holiday in this beautiful property. We had a couple of choices on this complex and would highly recommend anybody to choose this property. It has absolutely everything you would require and more. We loved both the interior and exterior of this villa. The owners have invested a lot of money when furnishing this property. It was fantastic to have TV's in every room and the garage has an area with table tennis, dart board, basket ball game which was great fun, pool table (constantly used) and an asbolutely fantastic arcade game. We did eventually get round to visiting Disney and all the other theme parks which are close by but have to say the whole family just loved hanging out in this place. There are also tennis courts, volley ball, swimming pools/slides and club house on Windsor Hills which we also enjoyed utilising. Highly recommended, truly luxurious, greatly located and a fantastic, memorable holiday was had by all. I hope this review helps future people to have confidence when booking this properlty because it really isnt to be missed. Absolutely charming and we have booked again for next year. 5 star plus!!!

I've visited Florida on many occasions but have always stayed in a hotel. For those of you who have never considered renting a house...do it!! This property is luxurious yet feels like home from the moment you open the door. It's fully equiped with everything I would ever have needed. The house is decorated to a fantastic standard, the bedrooms are lovely and all individually decorated, we all slept exceptionally well! The games room is great for those moments when you're back from the parks and fancy an evening at home,and this house really did feel like home. The pool is fantastic, a very good size and the jacuzzi is a lovely addition to the pool area. I can't wait to go back!! I don't think I will ever stay in a hotel again in Florida, this house has my vote for every future visit to orlando! Windsor Hills in itself is a great place to stay, you feel safe as there are secure gates in and out of the estate and the ameneties are great! Don't miss a visit to Black Angus steak house just a 5 minute drive away, fantastic food and excellent staff who are warm and friendly!! A fantastic holiday in a very memorable property, thankyou to the owners for thinking of everything!
