This is a truly wonderful apartment right in the heart of NYC's East Village. The neighborhood is alive with activities, restaurants, shows, classes, bars, shopping, and nightlife! It strikes the perfect balance fore the NYC experience: it is at once exciting and tranquil. Whether you feel like a cocktail at the hottest new bar in town, an easy night of live jazz, or even a cozy night in, the east village and this apartment will not disappoint!
On just our block alone lives that fabulous 9th St. espresso (a better morning cup you'll not find!), the Creamery (if you have a hankering for a quick afternoon gouda) Esperanto (an incredible Brazilian restaurant and the meanest mojito in town) and Louis (for live jazz). All are alongside the standards: pharmacy, grocery, laundry, deli. Did I mention that this is all on ONE block!?
Also close to many major public transportation options, you can feel free to hop about NYC to experience all it has to offer. There is a bus stop directly in front of the apartment and the 4,5,6 NQRW trains a short walk across the park. And don't forget those ever present NYC yellow cabs!
