Porto del Sol is one of Orange Beach's premiere destinations. It combines an 'old world' architectural romance, with a fishing village ambiance. Beach access, shopping, and dining are all within walking distance!
The local charter fleet parade occurs in the mornings and afternoons when the multitude of fishing vessels march into the Gulf of Mexico, or return home after the day's adventure! Just watching this daily ritual can be extremely relaxing.....almost therapeutic!......and there's always plenty of activity on the docks to witness.....Dolphins frequent the harbor!
If you are a boater.........a private boat slip provides the ultimate boating vacation experience! Instant backwater access; several secluded islands, sandy beaches, restaurants, and access into the Ocean Gulf of Mexico, all within minutes!
Deposit: $300 Secures the Reservation (must be paid within 72 hours of making the reservation.). Once occupancy takes place, Deposit then becomes the Security/Damage retainer. The Deposit will be Refundable 10-14 days after departure if no damage or missing property occurs. Cost of property damage and/or replacement of missing items will be deducted from this deposit accordingly.
Payment: (Owner will customize payment options via e-mail.) Payment must be received in full 14 days prior to arrival. (If reservation is made within the 14 day period we will hold the property for 72 hours until payment via money order or cashiers check is received).
Cancellation Policy:
14 Days or sooner Before Arrival: You will have the option of rescheduling your stay at no additional cost. (Please be mindful of seasonal rate changes). If you are unable to reschedule, any prepaid rent will be refunded. Security deposit will be forfeited. In the event we are able to replace your booking for one that is the same amount of time we will refund the prepaid rent.
Less than 14 Days Prior to Arrival: The deposit and prepaid rent will be forfeited. In the event we are able to replace your booking for one that is the same amount of time we will refund everything.
