Come relax at our beach get-a-way!
The condo is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a comfortable living area. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed with attached full bath. Two other bedrooms, one with double bed, one with single bed w/trundle bed that can be converted to queen bed, sharing a full bath.
A MAXIMUM of 8 people may stay at the condo per condo rules. Must bring your own linens and towels. A fully equipped kitchen rounds out our great condo.
A large balcony overlooks the water and is a pleasant place to relax. The community pool, laundry facilities, and a small game room are just steps from our unit. We provide one condo parking space and also a Dewey parking permit.
Sorry, because of condo rules, we can not allow pets.
We welcome responsible adults who will respect our home to come relax with their families for a wonderful vacation.

Super place to relax!

Balcony with a great view of the bay.Sunset is the best way to end the day and start the evening.Also a convenient place for sand chairs and boogee boards!Pool is fun when you"re done with the beach-Clean, with tables and loungers.Beach is across Rt. 1 and a block.The condo is clean and freshly redecorated-furniture,paint,carpet.Master bedroom is big enough to add two twin air mattresses, so no one has to sleep in the common area.We had a minor issue which the owner came to resolve immediately.Once you obtain provisions and park,no real need to move.Seven and more restaurants in walking distance.Trolley to Rehoboth right out side.Stairs were somewhat steep,but handrails were adequate.We got a ticket for not parking head in on the lot.Beware!Tickets start to increase after only 72 hours.Over all ,a great vacation.There were eight of us there at one point and we all liked it.All of us look forward to being able to stay there again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
