The house is a recently renovated, two-story shingle-style with new bathrooms and a remodeled kitchen with new appliances. The new deck accommodates relaxing to the views and sounds of Casco Bay and outdoor dining. Living room has a dramatic, two-story, floor-to-ceiling, field stone, wood-burning hearth to take the chill away at night. All bedrooms have water views. There is a large bunk room with two bunk beds and comfortable chairs for bed-time story reading, and the second floor includes a loft playroom with kids' picnic table for coloring, crafts, and puzzles. The playroom is fully stocked with toys and games. New this spring (2009): a children's TREE HOUSE in the back yard!
