We loved our week-long stay in this classic beach house. Many beautiful original details (planked walls, ceilings) with tasteful updates throughout. Tons of natural light and decor was perfect. House was spotless with plenty of good quality and clean linens. Everything you need is somewhere in the house. We were a party of four adults and two three-year-olds. There is a trundle/air mattress under the day bed. The kids slept in that room, which worked great. Nice sized back yard too. The location was great, especially if you don't have a car most of the time. Beach is literally steps away and garage is filled with beach supplies. It's an easy five-minute walk to Delray's main street. From there you can walk to the rest of town or take the free shuttle bus. Definitely recommend this place.Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.

i dont really want to tell people how lovely this pastel perfect beach house is, if i do everyone will want to go and i may not be able to book it when i want to return. it is such a fantastic location being so close to an unspoilt beach and a great road of restaurants and shops. it is well equipped and so pretty inside that it makes you sigh with contentment and you relax within seconds. the bikes in the garage are a great idea - dont use a car once you have arrived. the only problem we had was leaving - i had to tear my wife away!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Wir waren mit der Familie im Juli 2010 im Beach House. Das Haus ist sehr schön, praktisch und komplett eingerichtet und besitzt eine perfekte Lage. Von hier aus ist der Strand in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Nicht weit ist es bis zu dem Boulevard mit zahlreichen kleinen Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir können das Beach House uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

A group of friends rented this house and found it to be perfectly located and appointed - steps from the beach, plenty of beach chairs and beach towels which is a very nice plus, the kitchen was outfitted with everything needed for cooking and serving a meal, and the bedrooms and baths were very lovely. Charming, clean, comfortable and with a great location. My kids were happy with the comfortable beds as was I. Especially enjoyed the beach chairs and watching a DVD in the living room. Our family of 4 stayed in this charming Delray Beach house for one week in March, 2009. The cottage was very comfortable, with cheerful freshly painted rooms, nice furnishings, beach chairs, towels, coolers all steps to a great beach. My family enjoyed this cottage so much! We did not want to leave. It is a lovely home, 1 minutes walk to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The beds are super comfortable, it is charming, yet modern in all it's amenities. Very peaceful, quiet area. We can't wait to return.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
