This is not a typical oceanfront condo where you can see the ocean if you crane your neck sideways. This unit looks directly out to the Caribbean Sea and is literally steps from the beach. You can see and hear the waves while relaxing on the master bed, or sit on your private balcony overlooking the sea with Vieques Island on the horizon. No loading up the car or carrying coolers distances to the beach. Simply walk outside and you are on the beach. Forget something or need a cool drink? No problem, because your condo is just steps away. The condo is within the resort of Palmas del Mar, an access controlled community on the southeast Caribbean coast of Puerto Rico. It has 24 hour security and many amenities. The Four Points Sheraton is within easy walking distance of the condo, with its restaurants, Wi Fi internet, lounges, and casino.
This 2 bedroom in addition to a loft bedroom making three bedrooms, 2 bathroom condo. It is fully furnished with stone and granite counter tops, modern lighting, full size laundry, and assigned parking. The unit has one king, two queens and a futon. You will be comfortable with central air conditioning, but you can shut off the air and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze.
Appliances include refrigerator, oven, range, dishwasher, microwave and a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender and other items.
Besides the beach swimming (average year round water temperature is 83 degrees), condo guests have free access to the area pool which was refurbished in 2008. This is truly a relaxing condo. We would like to answer any question and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Because we also live on the resort, we can give you personal insider information directing you to secluded beaches, coves, the best places to hunt for shells, hike and snorkel. When we arrived at the condo walking up to the condo me and my husband looked at each other. The term "million dollar view " comes to mind. The condo is located directly on the beach (30 ft. from the ocean). The condo has 2 large bedrooms and a loft bedroom. We traveled with our 2 girls ages 11 & 15. The condo is so large there are two patio areas, living room, kitchen and (3) bedrooms after being together all day there was more than ample areas to find alone time. It is a gated community with several restaurants within the complex. We ate at a Tapas restaurant one night and a French restaurant another both excellent located near the habor. We also did many activities in the area which the condo location was very centralized.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
Can't go wrong.

Beautiful location, beautiful condo, our total vacation experience was great. The thing that really stole my heart was the view of the ocean right from the condo's deck. The complex is also beautiful and very secured. The people are extremly friendly and polite.

We stayed in this condo in July. Couldn't have been any better. Very clean, awesome location, loved the beach bar down the beach. Rent a golf cart and explore the grounds. Plan to go back again!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

I just got back from staying in this villa for a week... I went with my husband and two kids and with another couple with teenage girls. We had an awesome time. The villa is well kept, the owner is very accessible if you need anything. I suggest that you rent a golf cart it is easier to go around Palmas. I will definetly rent this one again!!!
