The Redwood is a spacious and modern three-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully-equipped vacation-rental home featuring an open living room, dining room, and kitchen area with sliding-glass doors leading out to a large, sunny upper deck with a patio dining set, gas barbeque grill, and large spa.
The master bedroom has a private, full bathroom and sliding-glass doors that also lead to the back deck. There are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms, a front balcony overlooking the naturally landscaped front yard, and a large lower deck in the backyard.
The Redwood is within walking distance to the Russian River via community access; the new Guerneville River Park; Johnson’s Beach; downtown Guerneville; a public park with tennis courts, basketball hoops, and children’s playground; and pee-wee golf. It is a short drive to many Russian River Valley wineries, Armstrong Woods, and the Sonoma Coast.
Cable TV; DVD, VCR, and CD players with an extensive collection of titles, board games, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet; and propane BBQ grill make it easy to entertainment and to stay in touch.
Sleeps 8 (including all children age 3 and over) in 2 queen-size beds, 2 twin-size beds, and a queen-size sofa bed. Off-street parking for 4 vehicles. Cats and one dog up to 30 lbs. allowed. No smoking.

Everything is well kept and in good condition. The only problem we had is that the second day the BBQ propane tank run out. We did leave a note.

We were in Guerneville for a wedding! We loved the house- ate our meals there- very well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor space! Other guests at the wedding were envious of our space, the cost and the convenience!

We were in Guerneville for a wedding in Monte Rio (only about 4 miles away!)- the house was very comfortable, well stocked for cooking! The rest of the wedding guests were envious of our great find!!

We rented The Redwood for my sister's bachelorette weekend and we had a blast! The place had all the ammenities and the location was perfect! Plenty to do when you are around the corner from PeeWee golf, just a short walk to the pedestrian bridge that drops you right in the middle of town - and so close to Johnson's beach! Listing and photos are very accurate, though I feel like we had even more room than we anticipated. There was a caretaker who came by to feed the neighbor cat who helped us with our only issue - they didn't double-stock the tp - which may have only been an issue for us, being a group of 8 women. Overall, wonderful stay - would recommend The Redwood, or the other rusrivrealty options to anyone. Thanks!!!!

We rented this home with another family and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday weekend. Our young kids loved the yard and proximity to a new playground. We loved the hot tub, the ability to walk into town and the treasure trove of recent DVDs. The home has a good layout for just hanging out - open kitchen/dining/living plus three bedrooms down the hallway provided good gathering spaces and enough privacy for everyone. It's also a very pleasant walk into town from here - just over the historic bridge. We walked down to Johnson Beach very easily. We also did a short drive to Armstrong Redwoods State Park for an easy hike and returned to the city via scenic 101.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My wife and I had a lot of fun, we love the proximity to town, but it is far enough to be quiet and private. The bbq, deck and tub are all awesome.
