This modern, bright two bedroom apartment is located in a four story brick and brownstone building. We are situated on a quiet, tree lined street only two minutes walk from the subway and 20 minutes to Manhattan. The apartment overlooks a garden.

The space sleeps 2-6 and is comfortably furnished with everything you could possibly need for your wonderful vacation in New York City!

* One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a double bed. Both have ample closet space.

* The sitting room has a comfortable futon sofa, arm chairs and a TV.

* The kitchen is oak with stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain. There is a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen also has a dining table and chairs.

* The bathroom has tile throughout plus a full sized tub and shower.

* Included in the price is free high speed wireless Internet.

We are child friendly! Sorry, no pets. No smoking!

The apartment is 2 minutes from the C and S trains at Franklin and 4 blocks from the A train at Nostrand. Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and the Brooklyn Museum are 2 stops away on the S and Prospect Park is 3 stops away.

Close to cafes, restaurants, shopping, theaters and tourist attractions.

    • I had occasion to stay here for a few days while between apartments. The unit is clean and attractive and comfortable, stocked with everything one could need. The neighborhood is safe and convenient and the block is tree-lined and lovely. Emma herself is both professional and a pleasure. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this rental to anyone.

    • This apartment is just as advertised and very comfortable. After a hectic day of sightseeing, coming home to the apartment was welcome respite. There’s plenty to do close by, Prospect Park is readily accessible by a shuttle, or the subway to Manhattan is a block away. We felt comfortable any time of day or night walking in the neighborhood and everyone is friendly. The owners are wonderful and very helpful with recommendations or directions. We had a great vacation. Thanks!

    • This flat is a gem! Stayed here over the holidays with the family. Well appointed. Quiet. Close to transportation. My teenaged boys loved seeing a Brooklyn neighborhood reminiscent of where I grew up. Absolutely magic!
