Our second floor veranda is located on the much desired Cedar Hammock Circle. A private stairway leads to the front veranda. The rear lanai promises a beautiful view overlooking the twelfth fairway. There is no need to park your car outside as the unit includes a detached garage for your use.
For your sleeping arrangements, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the guest bedroom has twin beds, and the den has a day bed. Both bedrooms have televisions, and wireless internet is included.
With multiple month rentals, the transfer fees are included for the 18-hole Championship Lewis/Azinger Course.
Amenities at Cedar Hammock include an upscale Country Club with heated pool, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurant and water driving range.
