Summerchase offers amenities that include separate outdoor pool and kiddy pool, tennis court, solarium with hot tub, fitness room, steam room and sauna, and a magnificent white sand beach. An indoor pool will be available in the Spring of 2010!
This fantastic unit sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico, is spacious, comfortable and comes complete with glorious sunrises and sunsets. With 1100 square feet of elegantly-decorated living space plus balcony this unit provides the comfort of a home and the luxury of a resort vacation.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom offers two twin beds. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom and offers a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and unspoiled sugar white sand beach. If you look closely you can frequently see the dolphins at play in the Gulf below.
This is a non-smoking and pet-free condo. There is a $300 reservation/security deposit and a maximum of two parking passes will be provided.
