Summerchase Condominium is conveniently located on the Gulf Coast between Pensacola, Florida and Gulf Shores, Alabama. Everything is located near by; restaurants, grocery stores, golf, Gulf Island National Seashore park, the new WHARF entertainment complex, the US Naval Aviation Museum, boat charters, shopping and much more.
Summerchase offers amenities that include separate outdoor pool and kiddy pool, a new indoor pool, a tennis court, solarium with hot tub, fitness room, steam room and sauna, and a magnificent white sand beach.
This fantastic unit sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico, is spacious, comfortable and comes complete with glorious sunrises and sunsets. With 1100 square feet of elegantly-decorated living space plus balcony this unit provides the comfort of a home and the luxury of a resort vacation.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom offers two twin beds. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom and offers a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and unspoiled sugar white sand beach. If you look closely you can frequently see the dolphins at play in the Gulf below.
This is a non-smoking and pet-free condo. There is a $300 reservation/security deposit and a maximum of two parking passes will be provided.

My husband & I recently stayed here and had a wonderful trip. The location was wonderful and the views were awsome!! It's big & roomie. We drove down to Destin (about an hour away) for one day and to Pensacola to the Naval Museum (about 20-25 mins away). Will stay there again when in the area.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This condo and its location was great! There were no crowds and the condo was just as the pictures show. Lots of room and we never felt cramped or crowded. There were even two small children with us and we had plenty of room.The location to the beach was excellent and we weren't constantly running into large groups of noisy,loud people. Very relaxing!!! The condo had everything you need for the stay. The only thing we had to buy was the food, so that made it convenient. We will definitely try to stay here again!!!

This was my first time using VRBO, and I couldn't be more please. Chuck was wonderful to work with. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the location and gulf view. My husband and I took our son and a friend for a long weekend, and the condo was the perfect size for us.

We planned on only a few days at Gulf Shores due to a tight schedule and thought we'd just stay at a hotel but chose this condo instead. What a great decision!!! We had a great view of the beautiful sugar sand beaches and the sun rising over the waters of the gulf each morning. The building wasn't huge or wedged in among a throng of others which helped make our overall experience quiet and relaxing. The well equipped kitchen enabled us to eat breakfasts and a couple other snacks/meals at the condo which saved us a lot of time. We could eat in the dining room, the balcony overlooking the gulf (which we honestly chose every time) or at the breakfast bar. The living room has comfortable seating and was a great meeting place to discuss the day and our plans for the next. The beds and pillows were comfortable (and I'm fussy).The unit is even equipped with a washer and dryer. Of special note, the owner of the unit was very accommodating and helpful. I will definitely recommend it to friends and relatives.

Our stay at this condo in early April was truly outstanding. The decorating and furnishings are very nice. The unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Large master b.r. with very comfy king bed and nice size bath w/large jacuzzi tub. Breakfast on the patio watching the gulf sunrise is priceless. The location is in the heart of Orange Beach and convenient to everything. The beach is pristine and well maintained with lots of small shells washed up in the surf. The owner is very nice, accessible, and accommodating.

I still smile when I think of that beautiful condo we called home for a week. Coffee on the belcony as the sun rises. The Southern Rose boat tour, Lulu's for drinks, lunch and gifts. the kids on the Go-Carts, the Bumper boats, Put-Put Golf. Emmely's on 59 in Foley. But most of all---the beach, the Beach, the Beach! the pools of Summer Chase are the best there are. and the folks on premess are very nice. I've alreaddy told my daughter and some friends how absolutly great it is. It was more than the owner said it was. Clean, well maintaned, so homy and confortable. Bought groceries to cook.
