My property sits on the first hole of Harbor Town Golf Course as well. The Heritage Pool (located within the center of the Heritage Villas) is a short walk from my front door. Bike rentals are available for delivery to your door. I provide my guests with a list of activities that they might enjoy while vacationing in my villa. If you have a family with small children "Fun for Kids" Day camp and "Kids Night Out" provides entertainment for your children ages 4-12 so you can enjoy some private adult time. My Villa is a Short walk to downtown Harbor Town for dining, shopping or visiting the Harbor Town Lighthouse. Bike trails and Trolley service available to town and other resort areas. The Unique Benefits at this Villa
My Villa is in walking distance to Harbor Town and the Candy Striped lighthouse, Harbor Town Golf club, Sea Pines Racquet Club, Harbor Town Bakery and our Heritage Pool. I love sitting on my deck and enjoying the beautiful natural setting of Harbor Town Golf Course. I enjoy the scent of the pine trees, sound of the wood peckers and peace and tranquility that my specific location offers. It is my respite from my hectic urban life at home. Walk out my front door travel to the left and it is a short walk to Harbor Town; Travel to the right it is a short walk to the Heritage pool, passing our Heritage Gazebo(along the way to the pool) where you can watch the turtles and enjoy the beauty of the lagoon foliage. We ride bikes or walk everywhere. The beach is a short car or bike ride(about a mile)from my front door. Just follow the signs to Sea Pines Beach Club off the bike trails. OR take the Trolley!(Google Harbor Town Trolley) The renovations on the parking lot are beautiful. With or without children you will enjoy the fun atmosphere there. I enjoy a large iced tea others enjoy the full bar and dining that are offered there. Next stop South Beach and all things Salty. Salty Dog that is. The fun atmosphere and delicious food of the Salty Dog Cafe are the best! (My favorite, the Shrimp Salad). I enjoy sitting under the cool misters with a view of the Harbor or sitting at the Salty Bar people watching. We love the heat and energy that the hot summer offers.
The lighthouse is a short walk from my villa. Located in the heart of Harbor Town, there is a restaurant and ice cream shop near the entrance.

We just returned from a week long visit to HHI where we stayed in this gorgeous Heritage Villa on the first tee of the Harbor Town Golf Course. The 3 bedroom, 3bath villa was spacious, tastefully decorated, light filled and convenient to everything in Harbor Town. All of the amenities were superior. We particularly loved the huge deck that allowed us to eat some meals outdoors while watching the golfers. We enjoyed Sunday brunch at the Harbor Town Golf Club (the Eggs Benedict with crab were delicious.) Charlie's Crab in Harbor Town is always excellent. The grandchildren enjoyed riding thier bikes to Harbor Town playground, the lighthouse, the Pirate Boat and nightly Gregg Russell concerts uner the 200 year old Liberty Oak tree. My son and son-in-law rented jet skis from H20 and explored the Calibogue Sound. My daughte and I loved all the quaint and lovely shops - especially Vera Bradley and Cinnamon Bear.The whole family took a sunset dolphin cruise and delighted at the numerous newborn bottle nose dolphins we saw. All in all, we had a wonderful family time together and can't wait to return next year. Thanks for the use of your beautiful villa.

We stayed for Heritage Week with family and business guests. " ABSOLUTELY our best ever Heritage experience.... Hope we can do this again next year! Thank you for all your service. The Villa is beautiful and a perfect place to bring family or for business" Charles tried several times to post his own message but VRBO's system is not working properly. He then sent me another text restating the above "...it was truly the best Heritage experience."

Nancy and her family of 5 had a wonderful stay at my villa. She tried (as did two other of my guests) to post her positive comments but had difficulty through VRBO. She commented that the Villa was very clean as shown in the pictures, very convenient for tennis (she is a tennis player), and would love to stay at my property for the Heritage Golf tournament. She would definately return to my property in the future.

We stayed for the month of March in this villa, and found that it was very comfortable and was as presented in the photos. It is clean, neat and well located in Heritage Villas right on the first hole of the golf course and next to tennis courts. The owner was most concerned that we enjoy our stay and she has an individual who looks after the property within a quarter of a mile who can be called for any questions and responds immediately. We would rent here again should we ever return to Hilton Head.
