The Desert Princess Country Club offers a 27-hole championship course, designed by David Rainville, with rolling fairways, all new Bermuda grass greens, 85 sand traps, and four sets of tees. The course offers the perfect challenge for every level of golf enthusiast.
This (non-smoking) single story home is conveniently located with a mountain view pool and Jacuzzi close to the unit, but far enough away that you will not be bothered by any noise. You will enjoy gorgeous west facing mountain views from the living room and master suites. From sunrise to sunset the sun provides a kaleidoscope of color on the San Jacinto Mountains. Both suites feature comfortable king-size beds with a NovaForm™ pressure-sensitive foam mattress topper to ensure a great night’s sleep. They also have 300 count bed-sheets and plush bathroom rugs and towels. Each bedroom suite has a private sliding glass door which opens onto the patio where you’ll enjoy panoramic mountain, lake and fairway views. The master suite features a 27-inch color television with VCR. The master bath has double sinks and a spa-inspired (walk-in) tiled shower with massaging showerhead. The second suite includes a 19-inch color TV. The second bath has double sinks and a shower- tub combo with massaging showerhead.
KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM: The living and dining room have been richly appointed with new contemporary furnishings, including: an overstuffed sauvage leather sofa and two matching—incredibly comfortable—leather chairs, a 27 inch color TV with universal remote, a DVD player with a generous variety of DVD movies, and cordless telephone with answering machine. Plantation shutters allow you to enjoy the fairway views from the kitchen, living and dining room and can be partially or fully closed based on your lighting and privacy desires. Dimmer switches offer the opportunity to set lighting to match any mood. The kitchen features every conceivable convenience including, a Krups AromaControl coffee maker with a thermal carafe that allows you to enjoy your hot coffee right on the patio.
DINING OPTIONS: With the gas grill on the mountain & fairway view patio, you may choose to stay at home and prepare a romantic meal for those nights you don’t wish to dine at one of Palm Springs’ many five-star restaurants.
