This house comes complete with all the luxuries one could want, two outdoor decks, outdoor shower, lovely garden, garage and off street parking and truly charming attention to decor, not to mention the great location.
This home has one queen bed master, two full, and one twin, all bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as the family room.
Deposits and procedures: A $300 deposit is required in order to reserve your week. This would then become your security deposit. After we receive this deposit, we will prepare and mail you the lease agreement, half due in one month and the balance due 30 days prior to occupancy your security deposit is the only to black out the week. We suggest sending it via FedEx or express mail. We must receive it within three days or the week will remain open. Any lost beach tags will be deducted from your security deposit @$25.00 ea.
a fifty dollar cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit if the property is not in the condition it was rented in an additional cleaning fee will be deducted at the rate of thirty dollars per hour per hour.
