Just got home from an awesome week! I have stayed in probably 10 differant condos in this same area and this one was The Best. The kitchen was very well equipped. There wasn't one thing that we needed and was not there. The condo was just great!! I will check to see if this unit is open when I get ready to book my next vacationRecommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

My week was unfortunately filled with lots of rain, so we spent a lot more time indoors than we wanted to. Thankfully, this condo was very clean, comfortable, & spacious. Barbara & Todd were quick to respond to all my calls/emails. Despite the rain, we could still hang out on the balcony to enjoy the amazing view. It's beautifully decorated with quality furnishings & is completely updated. Although you'll want to bring your own soap/detergent & beach towels, the kitchen was stocked with every imaginable utensil & dish, & there were a couple of beach umbrellas in the closet. Parking downstairs is a bit tight, so we preferred the parking garage across the street. The skywalk simplifies crossing busy Front Beach Road. This resort is very family friendly & in walking distance to lots of good restaurants & shopping. I definitely recommend this condo & look forward to returning!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

I just finished up a week here. Could've definitely stayed longer. The condo was very nice. Clean, tastefully decorated rooms. Everything was as advertised. Great view from balcony. Centrally located to everything. Friendly people. Very family oriented. Great beach access. The pool area was very nice. We used the gas grills twice. The rooms of the condo were spacious. Nice balcony. Everything you could need. We had a great time and look forward to returning.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We rented in this complex last summer but were in a different unit. While there, we met a family on the beach who rented this condo and told us how nice it was. I toured it and got the information on renting from the family. When we decided to return for spring break, I called to see if this unit was open and was thrilled to book it. The owners were so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We loved the unit, the decor is beautiful, beds are super comfortable, and the location is the best on the beach. You can easily avoid the traffic on front beach road by using Hutchinson and Back Beach (Hwy 98) which are easily accessible to this complex. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and will definitely stay in this unit again! Thanks Barbara and Todd for a wonderful vacation!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
