EXCELLENT BEACH RENTAL!!!
This home has just been recently remodeled....colorful and beachy!!! New furniture and new comfortable mattresses! No one wants a dull, boring beach house and that is definitely not what you're going to get when you choose this home for your vacation.
Located at 1299 Snapper Drive, within a minute or two walk to Sand Dollar Lake. Go fishing, take the children to feed the ducks or just watch the swans swim around....or if you want to go to the ocean....you can walk on down and feel the sand between your toes.
When you're finished having fun at the pools, beach or just riding around on one of the golf carts you can rent from Ocean Lakes.... come back to your vacation home for the week. It will be waiting for you with a spacious den, nice kitchen complete with what you need to prepare for a good dinner. When you're tired.....you'll have a nice place to lay your head and rest and prepare for your next day of vacation.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath.
The second bedroom has a double bed and is small. There is an additional sleeping area with a single bed in the "walk thru" of the trailer.....a nice place for a little one.
Nice front deck with a side deck for outdoor dining or just sitting, drinking your coffee and reading the morning paper...plenty of shade if you don't want to be in the direct sunlight.

Okay but some things need to be looked at

This place is a trailer with an addition and is not a "cottage". Only one bedroom is good size and that is the one with the queen bed. The second bedroom is part of the trailer and the double bed is all that can fit in the room. the "third bedroom" is not a bedroom at all but a passageway in the trailer part with a twin bed stuck opposite a closet. Everone has to share the only dresser to store clothes and that is in the queen bedroom. At this point in time there are two tvs. One in the living area that does not have a dvd/vcr or even plug-ins for xbox etc. The tv in the queen bedrrom is a 13" black and white that only gets about 12 or so channels. I am told the owner is considering updating the electronics. You do not go to the beach to watch tv and play games but on the days when it rains all day it sure helps to have good stuff. Other than that the place is fine and is bright and fresh from the painting. We had six people there for the week and I would say that it is best for only four.

It is true this is a trailer with addition. Typically when you have a trailer with addition, there is a larger bedroom (the queen) and then a bedroom in the back of the trailer which is small and a single bed (walk thru area). I appreciate your concern with the televisions and efforts have been made to have them replaced for the next rental season with extended cable.
