Ideal for families: a spacious (3000 square feet) Mexican colonial style home surrounded by flowers and palm and fruit trees. The terrace looks out over the swimming pool and large backyard that backs on to one of the canals that run through Nuevo Vallarta. Daily sightings of a variety of beautiful birds and iguanas.
The house has a large, fully equipped kitchen, a full dining room and a two-story living room that rises to the roof cupola. Downstairs includes one bedroom and bath, upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double and twin, sharing a full bath, and a master bedroom with bath and sitting area.
Nuevo Vallarta is an enclosed community with its own police and fire services; it includes many hotels, some of the Vallarta area's most beautiful beaches, a modern shopping center and many restaurants. It is about 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport and about half an hour from downtown Puerto Vallarta. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac less than 5 minutes from the beach by car. Weekly cleaning service is available on request.
