Comfortable homey furnishings throughout and a gorgeous penthouse master suite on third level with oversized clawfoot tub. Ideal for two families with fully stocked kitchen on main level; mini-kitchen on lower level. Central a/c on main and lower levels, wall a/c and ceiling fan in upper level. UPPER LEVEL
Loft-style master suite with cathedral ceiling and total window wall to lake— king bed, TV, walk-in closet and romantic bath with oversize clawfoot tub and views to the lake. Stairway goes down into den on main floor.

MAIN FLOOR
Parking area and two-car garage with easy entrance to utility room with full-size washer and dryer; semi-private den under the master suite (stairway goes up from the den to the loft-style master suite) has trundle which gives two twins and has small TV, slider opens to outside walkway; large bedroom with two partial curtain walls (converted from dining room) has a bunk bed with full size bed on bottom and twin bed on top; full bathroom is across the hall; fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and living room with window wall to lake and slider onto large deck, formal front door opens onto wrap-around walkway along side of house, inside and outside stairways go down to lower level.

LOWER LEVEL
Family room with windows to lake has TV, VCR/DVD and sofa with queen-size sleeper. Adjoining eating area has slider to lake and bar-style kitchen (microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, small fridge); spacious bathroom with large shower, no tub; large bedroom with queen bed, small bedroom with twin bunk beds. Slider from family room leads onto covered patio alongside small grassy area and sandy beach.

On warm summer evenings, have dinner outside on the upper deck or lower-level picnic table and enjoy panoramic views and the sight of your boat moored closeby. You will be walking distance to three wineries, a convenience store with DVD rental and the Sunshine Farm Market.

Located on the south shore near landmark Pat & Mike's, it's just 1-1/2 miles to waterslides for summertime fun, places to rent boats and jet-skis and the Lady of the Lake boat dock. There is daily service to Stehekin, a remote village at head of this 55-mile glacier-fed lake. Continue 2 miles more and you come to the historic town of Chelan, with its Riverwalk, shopping and restaurants.

In the area you'll also find a dozen more wineries to visit, two gorgeous and challenging golf courses, trails for mountain-bike riding, a casino, and world-class hang-gliding.

The owners inviting you to enjoy their property are Dennis and Jaclyn Evans, long-time residents of Chelan. We live across the street and operate the Tunnel Hill Winery and Sunshine Farm Market. When not working, we can most often be found in the evenings on the Lake Chelan Golf Course. We'd love to introduce you to our area!
