Nearby attractions include: Numerous Marshes as well as Sheldon Marsh surround the Chassee and provide some of the best waterfowl habitat and bird watching in America, Ferry rides to Kelley's Island and Put-in-Bay, Great Bear Lodge Indoor Water Park, African Lion Safari, Glacier Grooves, Historic Marblehead Lighthouse, Perry's Monument, Johnson Island Confederate Civil War Cemetary, Deer Park - where you and the kids can feed the animals while walking among them, Sawmill Creek and Thunderbird Hills golf courses, Wine Tasting at Fireland or Pelee Island Wineries. Lunch or Dinner at Mon Ami Winery, Charter Fishing for Walleye, Perch and Bass and you can watch fire works every night at Cedar Point.
