Large classic beach home on Ponte Vedra Blvd, only steps away from the beach and a 1/2 mile from the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. This charming home has kept its warm atmosphere by keeping the original wood panels in the living & dining rooms, yet offers the modern amenities you expect.
A spacious living room with plenty of sitting area and a large flat screen TV, stereo, DVD. The large kitchen is one of the favorite gathering places, due to the easy access to the deck that overlooks the golf course and lagoon. The sunroom flows into the living room and has access to the deck.
The main floor offers a master (king) with private full bath. Also, another bedroom (queen) next to the kitchen with a private half bath (incl shower).
Upstairs, you'll find plenty of room with a master (king & single) with full bath. An additional large bedroom (2 queens) with a 1/2 bath (incl shower) helps to accommodate large families. A porch (3 doubles) gives the kids a place to get away from it all, yet gives them room to play.
The garage has plenty of beach chairs and toys for your use. In addition, 2 beach cruisers can be ridden on the beach to totally get away from it all. The hidden (2 doubles) bedroom with 1/2 bath (incl shower) behind the utility room gives the teenagers a place to call their own. The utility room has all the needed appliances (ie; washer, dryer, extra refrigerator / freezer).
The FREE long distance, DSL and wireless internet allows you to stay in touch, if you prefer.
