We returned in June 2005 and made the purchase, Once you have stayed here you will never want to go anywhere else.

I recently spent my 50th birthday with 6 friends at this awesome condo. Darren was very helpful and responsive to all of my pre-arrival questions and last minute changes. The property manager Freddy was so kind and was available to help us any time day or night. His wife also gave us great massages at a very reasonable cost and was lovely. Definitely would love to go back and stay here. Very quiet place in the middle of the awesome cancun nightlife. We loved it! Thanks Darren and Frddy for making our stay memorable. Highly recommend it.

A bit of paradise I was fortunate enough to stay in this condo 10 weeks last winter- Jan 30-April 9th. I have not forgotten the dates because I was anxious to arrive and reluctant to leave. The Ocean view is so magnificent from this condo it is amazing. The Isla ferry is a stones throw, as are many amazing places to eat , cabs ,a Starbucks, and many tourist stations. The owner is amazing to work with, and the condo manager Freddy and his wife Lydia are two of the nicest people you will ever meet-- and ever so helpful. Lydia give an amazing in condo massage as well. All of my guests took advantage of that luxury! I hope to go back this winter and the only thing I would or could desire to make my time more pleasant is a bicycle. there are so many places to ride around the condo and a good way to work off all the guacamole and chips.:) Could not find a place that rented bicycles when there- if anyone knows of one- please advise. My guests and I spent at least 50% of our time simply hanging out on the patio. The kitchen was equipped well enough that we did some mean cooking as well! Several of my children and grandchildren visited and we did everything from swimming with dolphins, exploring mayan ruins,swimming in a cenote, swimming and simply lying on the beach. A good place to reflect and appreciate how good it is to be alive! I thank Darren and now am in touch with his beautiful spouse Jo-Ann in the UK! If you want to stay in a place where you can e assured the owner, though far away is interested in your comfort-- this is it! And as a side note- also found a salon with great hair services! How much better can it get???

We stayed here Mar 18- Mar 22 & had a great time. It was the perfect location & within walking distance to everything. The condo was big enough for our group of 6 with plenty of room to spare. The property owners were very easy to reach & accomodating in every way. We would definitely return.

I stayed in this beautiful condo for two weeks with my wife and two children. The whole experience was just fantastic. The condo was amazing and very large. The veiws were just breath taking. We realy enjoyed our stay and made excellent use of all the facilities. We can't wait to go again. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday.
