The home offers two large bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The bathroom features a large vanity with double sinks and a natural stone shower. The kitchen provides all the essentials, finished with native perota wood cabinetry. The first floor lower terrace has a granite top table for four along with a plunge pool. The second floor roof terrace has a wet bar and table for six. Enjoy cool afternoon breezes under the palapa while you sip a margarita or take pleasure in a good book.
Casa La Bodeguita offers a private driveway and nicely landscaped gated lot to allow comfort for children and parents alike.
This distinctive pueblo home is situated 5 minutes walking from the unspoiled white sandy beach of San Pancho, but far enough away from the daily crowds and noise. San Pancho village offers beautiful cobblestone streets lined with many unique restaurants, shops, and markets. There are a host of activities including horseback riding, surfing, snorkeling, fishing, and golf at your disposal.
