Our family group of 9 had plenty of room to spread out in the cozy rooms - all very nicely decorated! The kitchen was plenty big for many chefs and the back brick patio was like a private oasis. The quiet neighborhood was just minutes from plenty of shopping and restaurants. We hope to return on our next vacation. Thanks so much!

Nanny's Delight

This home was very comfortable and accommodated my family including my 6 precious grandsons - ages 1 - 14. Room and space for everyone. No one was cramped, kids had plenty of space to play their Wii games without disturbing adults. Kitchen very well equipped. Nauset Beach is a favorite of my whole family. Worth it to buy the town sticker for $60 and use for Nauset and Skaket. Yardarm great seafood restaurant and Zia's has some great pizza. Everything we needed within a few miles of this house! Definitely recommend.

This house is perfect for 8-10 people. Lot's of room, great patio, awesome outdoor shower (my favorite thing about the Cape!), big kitchen, all the amenities and great location. The owner is very gracious and helpful. We've been going to Orleans for many years and this was by far the best rental we've stayed in. Highly recommended, but not on the week we want!

An excellent place for a large group!

My wife's family, consisting of all her four sisters, her parents, 3 of her brother-in-laws, the two of us, our daughter, and one niece, EASILY fit comfortably and happily in the home, all the while being able to maintain our privacy. Everything was in working order and the layout and large common rooms allowed us to play games and other family activities. Plenty of parking too! Location is splendid with grocery and liquor stores very close, as well as a nice little gym. Went to many beaches including Nauset, Marconi, and the drive up to Province Lands to enjoy both Herring Cove and Race Point. Wonderful location if you want to get up early to get to the Ranger Station for a beach fire permit, like I did! And it is well worth it! Neighborhood was quiet and the home's location gave a real sense of aloneness. Beverly and her husband are very prompt in getting back to us whenever we had a question (which was often) and provided more than enough info about the area. Our ENTIRE family enjoyed the place (whih is rare with any large group) and we look foward to returning! Our thanks to the Swift's!

Comfortable, spectacular living/sleeping space

We are departing tomorrow after a wonderful extended family vacation with children, spouses, and five grandchildren 11 months to 10 years, plus one child's former college roommate. They all say, "How about making this our annual summer vacation?" Everything was perfect for both indoor and outdoor cooking and living.

Perfect house for a large family!

My large (and growing) family of 12 rented this house for a week in July. It was the perfect layout for a large family with several adult couples and children. There are two living rooms with cable TV's in both so that the children could watch DVD's in one while the adults socialized in the other. In addition, the kitchen was very large and fully stocked with everything you could ever need! From a blender, to a panini maker, to spices, the kitchen was better stocked than my own! There were four large bedrooms on the first and second floor including one master suite (along with two full baths). In addition, the basement can sleep an additional four people. As the only couple without children yet, my husband and I found the basement to be perfect escape from the craziness of infants and toddlers! Last but certainly not least, the back patio is private and cozy. Once again, it was a perfect area for the children to play and a perfect area for the adults to socialize in the evening. The tiki torches lining the patio helped to keep the bugs away and there were plenty of chairs and table space. Overall, this was an excellent property. We have rented other houses in the area, and this house was by far the cleanest, had the best lay out, and was in the nicest neighborhood. Not to mention, the owners were fantastic to work with and provided great and timely service. We are already looking forward to coming back next summer!

'No Place home';Not So

Some say, “there’s no place like home”…this is NOT so with this house! This home sits on top of a hill and provides an ‘out in the country feel’ along with the ambience of an inn. It is beautifully decorated, yet it has all the amenities a family could need. The private outdoor patio is an oasis from home. It provides the room to entertain or just to lay back, relax and take in the Cape air. Imagine, taking a shower in the fresh morning air as the sun is starting to glimme through the tress….how peaceful and refreshing is that? In the evening, endlessly count the number of stars you can find…..

Spectacular Cape Home

This is a spectacular vacation home in a perfect location. There are so many things to LOVE about this house, I cannot list them all; so I will just list my personal favorites. First of all it is immaculate for us clean freaks. There are 5 TVs and 3 major living areas (LR, Den & finished lower level) so everyone has their own space. The outside patio is extremely private with a house on only 1 side a comfortable distance away. The home is centrally located near the Orleans rotary with Nauset beach and the town bay beach just a few minutes, the remaining National Seashore beaches & bay beaches are short distance with Provincetown only 30minues away. We LOVE this home and have coming back for about 6 years now. I would highly recommend this home for your next Cape Cod vacation.

My family has been renting here for the past 3 years, we love it and will continue coming back. Great location, quiet, very clean, and all the amenities and comforts of home. Sleeps 12 comfortably, but has the cozy Cape Cod feel to it. The outdoor shower is a treat. Don't miss out!

Best Vacation Ever

We have enjoyed returning for the past 4 years. This years stay was special for several reasons.......the basement remodel gave a wonderful place for the kids to call their own. The house is always clean and there are plenty of things to do in the area and the beachs are beautiful. This past year we had to reschedule from our usual August stay June. It was a pleasure to see a different side of Cape Cod, off season. Lots to say about August and lots to say about June! Would recommend Cape Cod and this wonderful home to anyone interested.
