WELCOME:
From the moment you step off of the elevator onto the third floor, you will be so thankful you picked this conveniently located unit. Whether you are bringing in your luggage or groceries, or taking down your beach chairs, cooler and toys, you will breathe a sigh of relief that you are just steps from the sand! THIS UNIT IS PERFECT FOR FAMILIES AND IS DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. There is not a lot of waiting on elevators and walking up tons of stairs!

No need to compromise your taste, enjoy this well appointed three bedroom / three bath unit decorated with rich wood accents and furnishings you could melt into. Not one or two, but THREE FLAT SCREEN TELEVISIONS!! You along with your family and guests will be amazed with the level of comfort and luxury that is offered in this retreat. FURNISHINGS:
This unit features 9 ft. ceilings, ceramic tile (kitchen, living, laundry and baths), granite counter tops and GE appliances. This unit also features three 8 ft. glass sliding units in two of the bedrooms and living room to maximize your view of the BEAUTIFUL Gulf of Mexico. Don't worry about the sunshine if you want to sleep in or nap, we have black-out drapes on every sliding unit. Keyless entry allows you to enter and exit with no key and is reset weekly for maximum protection and privacy.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS:
The fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features a 25 cf. side by side refrigerator equipped with filtered icemaker, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, and a built in microwave. To compliment these appliances, the kitchen also features all utensils, plates, cookware, baking and serving dishes. The kitchen also offers a coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock-pot and garbage disposal.
DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The dining room features a beautiful rich wood bar height table that seats six adults comfortably. The beautiful table also features a wine and storage area. With additional seating at the built-in counter bar, you will run out of guests before you will seats when it comes time to eat. The large window allows the sunshine to pour in while you dine.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The living room offers a queen sleeper/sofa with chaise lounge and cozy cushioned sea grass chairs for lounging. There is also a 42" flat screen television with DVD/Video player and a CD/Stereo combination to make your vacation truly relaxing.
MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH HIGHLIGHTS:
The spa like master retreat features a king size super plush bed with dual night stands and lamps. The layers of custom bedding and pillows show that this is more than just a rental home, this is our home away from home. There is a very spacious closet and the armoire houses a television, DVD player and also has drawers for your clothing. Enjoy the view of the Gulf while lying in bed, or step out onto the enormous balcony from the 8 ft. sliding glass doors and enjoy the moonlight on the water.
The spa like master bath features a full size shower/tub combination with custom shower curtain along with a large vanity and huge mirror that make getting ready that much easier.
BALCONY HIGHLIGHTS:
The balcony is over 350 sq/ft. Once you are on the balcony you may not want to come back inside. Not only do you have a fantastic view of the ocean, you are poolside so you can keep an eye on the older kids at the pool from the balcony. This is as good as it gets!
GUEST BEDROOM TWO HIGHLIGHTS:
This guest room features a queen size super plush bed, armoire and side table with lamp. This room also has a 26" flat screen television with a built in DVD. This room also has it's own balcony with another 8 ft. glass slider that allows you to have a wonderful view of the bay. The private bath has a shower unit with vanity and mirror. All of the bedrooms are carpeted.
GUEST BEDROOM THREE HIGHLIGHTS:
This guest room boasts twin size cherry "pirate" beds. The highlight of the room is the 32" flat screen television that hangs on the wall. The spacious closet allows plenty of room for your things. There are also bed rails in the closet just in case you need them for the little ones. No detail has been overlooked. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combination with custom shower curtain, large vanity and mirror.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Island Royale was built in 2002 and has undergone updating even since then to add to the beauty of the already amazing resort. In addition to the swim/through indoor outdoor pool, you have an indoor and an outdoor hot tub. Also located on the third floor and only steps from your door is the "Fitness Center". You will find treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes and free weights all with a view of the Gulf. Should your muscles require attention after your workout, you can retreat to the Sauna or Steam Room in the Fitness Center. If you just cannot get enough of the great outdoors, feel free to barbeque away at the picnic area on the ground floor.

Year Purchased: 2005
Jason and Connie Alexander have been married for 13 years. We have two beautiful sons and are so very blessed. We attend Church of the Highlands in Birmingham, Alabama and are very active within the church. Our oldest son, now seven loves baseball and going to the condo. The two year old could care less about the beach, he just wants to swim and push the button on the elevator. When we are not re-decorating the condo, we love to hang out on the beach mostly, but we also love a great day on the boat. Shopping, terrific restaurants, fishing, golfing, and "The Track" are among our family favorites. Come down to the beach and soak up some of your own family memories to cherish for years to come.
Why the Owner Chose Island Royale
We have owned property in Gulf Shores for seven years. Our unit at Island Royale was purchased in 2005. Have you ever been to the beach and it rained? What do you do if there is no indoor pool? Our children made the Island Royale decision for us. (Well almost, I really LOVE the sauna, steam room and work-out facility!) It's close enough to travel to on short notice for us, but far enough away so that we really enjoy it when we go. The area is not overly crowded like some beaches and we think Gulf Shores offers some of the most beautiful beaches in the world (and we have seen lots that do not compare.) The shopping, fishing and golfing are excellent. There is something for everyone in our family, young and old.

We want to make you feel like our personal guests and not just another management company. Our "old" management company charges as much as 30% more for their units in the same building. We are able to offer quality amenities without adding all of the extra fees and charging you an arm and a leg. We know you will need those to lather up with the suntan lotion!
