It is furnished in a contemporary style to a luxurious standard. There are two double bedrooms with king-size beds, one bathroom, a bespoke handmade kitchen finished with Italian granite surfaces. The adjoining dining and lounge areas offer stunning unhindered views both across and up the lake. For your enjoyment, there is a 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD and Sky. There is a private garage within the Residence and access to the Residence and garage is via secure automated gate. A secure area for parking cycles is available.
The charming lakeside town of Laglio has its own small public beach where you can soak up the sun and further beaches are within 2.5 km. A bus stop is located just outside the Residence gate and the bus service is second to none. There is a bar at the lake edge just outside the gates, a local butcher, mini market and post office all within a 2 to 5 minute walk. There are three local restaurants and a large supermarket and shopping mall on the outskirts of Como, just a 15 minute drive away. Milan is 40 minutes away by train.
