This immaculate, beautifully decorated condo boasts over 1500 sq. ft. of living space, 9’ ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Added space is found on our 30 x 8 private balcony where you can relax and enjoy pristine white sand and emerald blue water. Our condo is beautifully appointed with a fully equipped and upgraded kitchen, upscale furnishings and so much more! Our resort has the largest pool on the island and it is heated from Mar 1 to Nov 30th. Our beach walkover has no steps!We have made it easy to enjoy the pool and the beach! We have also added a new fitness center - it will open in March! Come and enjoy the new fitness center we have added to our resort this winter. We really want you to have everything you need to rest, rejuvenate, and rejoice in the beauty of the island!
Our spacious master bedroom is tropical, romantic and comfortable! Opening onto the balcony you will enjoy waking up each morning to spectacular sunrises and going to bed each night to wonderful moonlight glowing over the water. The master bath has an oversized jetted tub/shower combination. There is ample closet and storage space and luxurious linens throughout the unit. The second bedroom easily accommodates two queen beds. The mattresses in the bedrooms are of high quality to assure our guests great comfort. We have taken the time to make sure our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features only the very best in technology, comfort, and convenience. We strive to make our condo the one you choose to come back to year after year! You will be impressed the moment you walk in the door of unit 304 Regency. Floor-to-ceiling windows/doors in every room allow for magnificent views! After all isn’t that what we go to the beach for? Sun, Sand, Surf……all to be enjoyed whether inside or out!
Our living space is furnished with our guests needs in mind. It is fun, tropical, and very relaxing…..our motto for the perfect beach vacation is relax, relax, relax! You will be able to do just that in our living and dining areas. There is ample seating in the dining and bar areas. We provide wireless internet at no charge for our guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped – everything you need for cooking or serving! We have great restaurants on the island, fast food places just off the island……everything you need for staying in or going out. What we do not have on Navarre Beach are crowds! We are a very family oriented beach…..3 miles of unspoiled beauty. Our island is protected on the East side with a State Park area and on the West side with the National Seashore. On the North side is beautiful Santa Rosa Sound. This is where you can rent waverunners, sailboats, etc. Lots of fishing and boating enjoyed in the Sound – great beach volleyball tournaments too! There is a great biking, walking path the full length of the island….bring your bikes and enjoy it all!

Maximum Occupancy is 6 and we prefer families.
Minimum Rental Age is 25.
Cleaning fee is $75.00 and tax rate is 10.5%
