Far Niente is a beautifully appointed three bedroom villa in Point Rendezvous with infinity edge pool and air condtioning throughout. Three spacious bedrooms are all accessed from the interior of the home. The lower level contains the second king master suite with it's own bathroom. This level also has it's own kitchenette and lounging area with cable TV.
This a perfect property for families and couples alike. Newly built in 2008, it was designed with comfortable, carefee vacations in mind.
Island Information:
Blessed with an eternal summer, (daily average of 83 degrees) guests can enjoy the island and its enchanting shores year round! St. John is surrounded with white sandy beaches, especially within the Virgin Islands National Park boundaries on the north shore.
Our small island is only 9 miles by 4 miles and has fewer than 5,000 residents, yet is rugged and diverse. St. John is located conveniently just 3 miles away from St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands and the same distance from Tortola in the British Virgin Islands.
Area Description-Rendezvous Bay to Reef Bay:
The Rendezvous Bay area begins east of Chocolate Hole and is a 10-minute drive from the Cruz Bay ferry dock. It continues across Fish Bay and beyond, to remote Reef Bay.
The VI National Park borders this entire region from the north and the east. Hillside vacation villas dot the landscape, with gorgeous views of quiet bays and manicured gardens.

Why the Owner Chose Rendezvous Bay
We bought Far Niente for the features that we had looked for as renters ourselves: a beautiful contemporary house with privacy for all guests, lush landscaping, a pool, air conditioning, peace and quiet, paved roads all the way from town, and close to town.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Far Niente is quiet and peaceful. We enjoy watching the pelicans divebomb the water in front of the villa from our deck during cocktail hour. They are very entertaining!

Our vacation to St.John's was amazing!! It was our first time on the island and we loved it. Our villa, Far Niente, was spectacular, with great amenities and an unparalleled view!! The infinity edged pool was awesome,as was the beautiful landscaping! We liked the location...private, quiet but close enough to town that we could get in and out of Cruz Bay easily (once we mastered driving on the left side of the road!!). We would recommend a stay at Far Niente to anyone...you'll love it!!

We enjoyed being so close to Cruz Bay, yet with very quiet, private, and peaceful surroundings. The pool deck and views are fantastic. Our family will be back!
