We are filling up fast for summer dates.
This comfortable home is located across the street from Lake Michigan, just a short walk from beach access to Union Pier's spectacular beaches. The town of Union Pier is about a half mile walk and is where you can pick up your odds and ends or you may want to get strudel at the bakery, made-to-order sandwiches at the deli, ice cream at the Pumpernickel Inn, or stroll through some of the nearby galleries.
With four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and several public rooms, the interior of the house is outfitted with a library, TV's, DVR's, VCR's, a pool table, and a completely outfitted kitchen. A large deck off the back of the house leads out to an oversized heated swimming pool surrounded by hammocks hung from trees, an outdoor fire pit, and an oversized picnic table. In addition to the bedrooms there are two other rooms with sofa beds.
Available year round -- one week minimum during the summer season. Week-end rentals will be considered during off season.

Visit the local parks and hike the various trails in the parks: The Harbert Road Nature Preserve,Chikaming Township Park and Preserve,Warren Woods State Park, and Warren Dunns State Park (See Chikaming Township website for details). Bike the side roads(Check out Apple Cider Century's website for info about biking the area).
Southwest Michigan hosts some of the greatest wineries in the midwest.

We had a grat stay here. The pool is fantastic and a very short walk to the beach and town. The house was nice and clean & had everything we needed.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

We had a group of 8 adults staying here, and we were very happy with the space and the cleanliness. The best features were the heated pool (larger than any of the other pools we saw) and the proximity to the beach/lake. We also enjoyed dinners out on the deck every night. Our two dogs enjoyed it as well! We're already trying to plan our trip back for next year.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.
