Our townhouse is spacious and uncluttered, baby and child proofed. Past tenants have consistently rated it a 5 out of 5 across the board for cleanliness, amenities, overall satisfaction and as compared to advertisement. We like to live looking at the lake every day. We go boating frequently and intend to take up golf as time permits.

Our favorite thing to do is sit on the patio and look at the lake. Everyone we bring in simply wants to sit down, chat, and take in the lake. It brings a sense of serenity that we really enjoy.

We are John and Kate Kaczmarek. We moved here from California several years ago and really loved the hill country. While we looked at living in Austin proper, the minute we saw Point Venture and Lago Vista, we were hooked. We have become avid boaters and love to see that something is always happening in Point Venture. This picture was taken April 4, 2009 at the Pier Restaurant standing in front of Lake Travis.
