This beautiful home is located overlooking a spectacular view of the famous fishing spot known as the Chicken Coop in the middle part of the lake close to Patroon Bay on beautiful Toledo Bend Lake. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms with a large family room to cook, watch TV and play games. It has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
The Cabin is nestled on a bluff with hardwoods and large pine trees, in a beautiful natural setting. The 18' x 28' deck sits approximately 80' higher than the lake's water surface, you can see at least 5 miles to the LA shores from the TX bluffs. It is a great place for family, friends, reunions or company meetings. Fishing is the best and nature lovers will appreciate the view and sounds of nature. Bald Eagles soar at eye level over the bluff. Red birds, blue birds, cranes, eagles, blue herrons, wild duck, red fox, squirrels and fish splashing are some of the sights and sounds. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the beauty of it all!!

We spent the last weekend at Eagle's View: A lovely, comfortable lake house with a fabulous patio area at the house and great lower dock area. I would highly recommend this home away from home for a family vacation. We had a three-generation group who all enjoyed Eagle's View. Very clean and well-maintained. Nice thick towels, comfy beds, gas grill on patio was clean and ready to use.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

My family stayed here a couple of weeks ago and it was the most awesome place! The house was beautiful and well kept. The location and view were beautiful. Lake was close by with a new dock, which was something else. We all had a great time and will probably be going back in November. The people in the area were so nice and helpful too. We highly recommend this place and the owners are very easy to deal with. We did not want to come home.

This place is awsome. Our family of 4 really enjoyed this vacation more than any other one we have taken. The deck had been finished and goes all the way down to the water. I have never seen one quite like it. It is also wonderful to have a nice, big, clean swimming pool so close to the cabin, so our kids didn't have to swim in the lake water. The fish weren't biting very well when we stayed, but everything else made up for that! We went fishing 3 times a day and swimming every evening. We also grilled every evening. I cannot say enough great things about this place!

This was the absolute best lake vacation we could have taken with our 3 children and our dog! The cabin was immaculate, prestine and decorated perfectly with the same care and details you would put into your own home. It was completely comfortable and every detail was attended to. We did not want or need for anything except for groceries which we stocked up on at the grocery store that was only 15 minutes away. The bedrooms are very roomy and the beds are very plush and we all slept great! The lake is beautiful and we even spotted 3 eagles while fishing! We will definitely come again and we will bring some other family members with us. Thank you to the owners, property manager and Matt, for making this an awesome vacation!
