Spectacular, 180-degree oceanfront views of the beautiful Monterey Bay Sanctuary. Watch dolphins, otters and sea lions from your private deck where birds fly by at eye level – a truly amazing vantage point. From this position you can actually see the sunrise and the sunset. The deck spans the entire length of the house. Located in Aptos (Seacliff) California, this home features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths upstairs and has a downstairs where additional sleeping quarters can be accommodated. The master suite includes a California King and breathtaking ocean views to the front and park-like settings in the rear.

Well behaved pet(s) welcomed for pet owners that take responsibility for their pets. We have two miniature dachshunds so we know how hard it can be to find a place that will accept pets. Help ensure that we keep this as an option by ensuring your pet is suited to stay at someone else's home.

Enjoy shopping in quaint Capitola, hike/mountain bike at Nisene Marks Park (10,000 acres wilderness), visit the Cement Ship at Seacliff beach, walk to New Brighton Beach (dogs are allowed on leashes). Take a sunset stroll to Café Rio for dinner in Rio Del Mar or a morning walk for coffee may be more your style. Enjoy 5-star dining at Café Sparrow in old-town Aptos or visit the several new restaurants in Seacliff. Golf is just minutes away at the world class Seascape Golf Resort, there’s even a mall close by. While visiting the Central Coast, visit the Monarch Butterflies, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Amusement Park – Phil’s Fish Market in Moss Landing and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, 17 Mile Drive, and Pebble Beach.

  • This is an exquisite vacation home. The ocean views are breathtaking. The sunsets are incredible. Was great fun watching the dolphins frolicking. The owners are wonderful. If you are looking for a serene, tranquil getaway in walking distance to the beaches, this vacation home is ideal.

  • We spent July 4th weekend (2009) at this property and had an unbelievable time. The property was more than adequate -- plenty of room for all as well as our dog. Very comfortable and all the amenitites and comfort of home! Lots to do and the fireworks from the house were spectacular. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Marile -- you made our visit very easy!
