Alpenglow Condo is a newly renovated property located just steps from the base of Mt. Alyeska in beautiful Girdwood Alaska!

The property is ideally situated, only a block away from the day lodge and ski lifts; it’s just a short walk to plenty of entertainment venues, excellent restaurants, quaint shops, the town shuttle route and local attractions. This ground-floor unit with private front and back entrances has many upgrades and amenities throughout. There is plenty of off-street parking right outside of the unit – no long hallways or stairs to deal with.
This deluxe one bedroom unit comfortably accommodates four people. The bedroom features a memory foam queen size bed and the living room is furnished with a truly comfortable queen size sofa-sleeper designed by American Leather. Enjoy the flat screen TV's in both the living area and bedroom. For additional guests we provide a queen size inflatable Aerobed.

Our (too short) summer visit to Girdwood was highlighted by our stay in this condo. The pictures made it look lovely, but even they didn't do it justice. There were just two of us, and I thought it was the perfect size. The remodel of this home was very well done - even the appliances in the kitchen were top notch (ahh, that stove...). It's in a great location - almost right at the base of the mountain by Chair 4, and a leisurely stroll from Alyeska Resort. Girdwood in the summer was beautiful and a great place for hiking and berry picking. I look forward to staying here in the winter and utilizing the fantastic sauna that is in the condo! Oh, and if you do go, make sure you take a look at Amber's book (on their shelf) chronicling the Alpenglow condo renovation - quite a "before and after" masterpiece!

The condo is new, the materials used in the upgrade are top notch. This condo is SO nice! Amber adds all these little things that made the stay with our kids great. The beds are so comfortable, the TV's nice, and the fire place was inviting after a long day of riding the slopes! We had a great 4 days, even our teenage girls had fun. The walk to the day lodge takes seconds, and the whole experience was very memorable! Thanks again, and we will be beck next spring break!

The best vacation we have ever had. The condo is warm and inviting. Beautifully furnished and the appliances are all there and NEW! Just steps away from the lifts and shopping. A great place to stay.
