This vacation Beach House is located in the Porta del Sol Tourism Area west of the island of Puerto Rico in the municipality of Aguada. The municipality of Aguada brings the tourist the opportunity to explore a variety of calm waters, gentle breezes, and a unique tropical sunsets. The property is located 25 minutes from the Rafaerl Hernandez Airport in Aguadilla and 1 hour 50 minutes from Luis Munoz Marin Airport in San Juan. It is also near Rincón, a town very well known for its' incredible beaches, great for surfing.
It is a perfect vacation hideaway. It sits on a beautiful shallow beach with an awesome view and access to the beach. This home has a large covered porch and sun deck with plenty of sitting room for any activity. It also includes a large charcoal barbecue pit. Hammocks are included for guest to relax and enjoy the beautiful tropical sunsets.
The shallow beach is perfect for kids too. The house has four (4) bedrooms (one queen, one full and twin-size bunk bed, one twin and bunk bed- twin top, full bottom), three (3) baths with hot water, a full equipped kitchen, Dish TV satellite service, beach front facing covered porch and sun deck and private secured one (1) car open garage. Perfect for honeymooners!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful relaxing stay at Vista Azul. The home was very clean and very comfortable. Our family's fluency in Spanish is not very good and that was not a problem at all. The owner and a family member who spoke English met us at at he house after our early morning arrival in Puerto Rico. The house is right on the beach which was lots of fun for my 4 teenage children. They spent endless hours playing in the surf and walking on the beach. My daughters especially enjoyed watching the surfers everyday from the deck. The surf was very loud, but may not seem that way to many people as I am used to a very quiet rural life. However, I did miss the sound of the surf when we got home! Thank you for a wonderful break from winter!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

This great house is perfect for sizable family gatherings. It has enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody. The kitchen is big, open and has a solid table with proper chairs, where the whole family can have sit down meals... or sit and watch those who are preparing them! The house is well organized and equipped, but of course the thing that leaves you speechless is the view! The huge back terrace gives straight on to the sea...The waves are at your feet. Lots of room. Great tables and chairs for meals, cards and entertaining. A few steps from the terrace itself take you down to your own bit of beach...In the early morning I used to go out with my cup of coffee for a short walk and to pick up the am shells before anybody else made it to "my" beach. Then there is the afternoon shell gathering, of course. If you are into shells and sea glass, this is the right place for you. A short walk from the house, on route 115, there's a great "panaderia". I used to walk there, along a few nice fun streets to get my paper, a cup of cafe con leche and a ham, cheese and egg sandwich, thus reaching Nirvana. There's a restaurant which gives on to the beach, hidden from 115 really, which is wonderful, I think it's called Guaynabo. You can walk to it on the beach from the house when the sea is not too high. Great place run by the nicest people. El Galeon is in front of the Aguada Balneario and is dripping with Spanish old world ambiance and elegance...and good food. The Aguada Balneario itself is very pretty, clean and never crowded. Shopping in Aguada is a blast! I love to park the car in one of those so convenient and so inexpensive little parking lots and walk around the town, to check out all the shops, have an empanadilla or an ice cream, go to the ATM at the Banco Popular and sit in the main square or go into the church and soak up the peace. You can find everything in Aguada: a fireman I met at the bakery told me where to go to get my "lechon" for Christmas, the "chicken man" is there at the side of 115 in the morning roasting his finger licking chickens which will be ready by noon, and of course the Pitusa supermarket and the hardware store are a few minutes away, also on 115. Frankly, I only wish this wonderful house was mine!!! But I don't think the absolutely charming owners, Magdalia and Lulo, will ever let go of their dream of a house... and I don't blame them...

We rented this house August 2009. The house was absolutely incredible. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. We almost did not want to leave the house it was so well equipped and so relaxing to just sit out and relax with the sounds of the waves. I returned again in February of 2010 and unfortunately the house was not available at the time of my visit. I am planning on returning August 2011 and I do hope the house is available for that time as this time I would like to take my sisters. I have talked to them so much about my wonderful experience that they are looking forward to it. Thank you Don Lulo for renting the your beautiful home to us.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR STAY AT THE BEACH HOUSE. WE FELT LIKE MILLIONAIRES AND ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE KIDS LOVED IT TOO. WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN.
