London is a sprawling city and most Londoners live in the suburbs. To really appreciate our city, you must live like a Londoner - give the expensive central hotels a miss and save money for travel and visits by renting a comfortable flat in one of the many delightful suburban villages that surround the city.
Our apartment offers just that. Being close to the Tube with off-street car parking - you can speed in or out of the city. We can arrange for a car to pick you up from the airport - and when you arrive, you will find that the beds are made up and ready for you to fall in to recover from your journey.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an impressive inventory of crockery, cutlery and utensils and all bed and bath linen are suplied. A 3rd person can be accommodated on folding bed in the spacious sitting room and a child's cot and highchair are included at no extra charge. Off-street parking is available free on a reserved space.
Located 3 1/2 minutes walk from Southfields Underground station (zone 3, Wimbledon branch of District Line) with a frequent service to Central London (23 mins journey time). It is also close to Putney and Wimbledon main line stations for trains to Waterloo, Windsor and Hampton Court.

We found the accommodation both convenient and comfortable, positioned very nicely, close to the tube station, shops and amenities. The accommodation is comprehensivly fitted with all home comforts and kitchen requirements. While the accommodation is central to Southfields area, it is secluded and quiet enough to avoid the traffic and revelry noise normally associated with the festive season.

This is a very lovely and spacious flat, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The walk to the Tube station is very short, and access in to Central London is very convenient.

Never again a B&B or hotel for us. A fully equiped spacious peaceful Garden flat like Combemartin, near the tube, shops and pubs, with shortish journeys to all the sights and sounds is the way to go. Bye the bye you can escape the watery weather if your lucky, and we were.

The apartment is spacious and very convenient to shops and transport. We enjoyed our stay. The only adverse comments are that the entry stairs are too narrow and steep when carrying large suitcases down to the apartment. The cutlery and crockery could do with complete replacement. Otherwise it is a very attractive, comfortable apartment with a lovely outlook on the garden.

Manager response: Much more cutlery and crockery supplied than necessary - all will be examined at end of present tenancy and replaced as necessary
A wonderful spot meeting our needs in every respect: nearby enormous parks (Wimbledon, Putney Heath, Richmond), many grocery shops and restaurants (reasonably priced, too), very handy to underground and train services (into centre of London in 10 minutes from Earlsfield Stn.) AND the flat is pristine, 21st century equipped, with tons of cupboard space and cooking and cleaning and entertainment facilities. The location is lovely and safe, and the hosts are warm, helpful people. We'll definitely be back, and heartily endorse your staying there, too.
