Back in Oz after a wonderful first-time trip to Bali. Wanted to thank you most sincerely for assisting with the organisation of our holiday. Had the most fantastic time. Villa Melati was just wonderful with all facilities as indicated on the website. We were sad to say goodbye to Wayan and Made, whose constant smile and courtesy just blew us away. Just wished we could have packed Wayan into our cases. I met Mr Windi and he was most helpful and efficient. The local mobiles were a terrific asset to the teenagers who could remain in touch with the parents. Just loved the tropical garden of our Villa coming from the cold climate in Melbourne and also enjoyed a couple of drives around the island. You’re correct in saying Di Mare at Karma Kandara is a “wow” experience. Had a great time there. We’ll be back!! Thanks again.

The villa was fantastic. Being a women I specially loved the big fluffy towels and all the beautiful bathroom extra's. Rooms and decor were beautiful. I really can't speak highly enough of it and our cook, he was fantastic so accommodating and nothing was a problem. Mr Windi was sick so Romi was our contact if we needed anything and he was great. From pick up to drop off was fantastic. We all had a great time and will definately be staying again and telling everyone about it.

I wanted to let you know that we had a great time in Bali and that the Villa was lovely, and I certainly appreciated the decent hairdryer . The express customs through immigration worked very well. I think we were in the car and on our way about 20 minutes after disembarking! Thanks for that as it was really a big bonus. We are all back safe and sound but it’s a bit of a culture shock to be here in Australia after 12 days of friendly Balinese madness. Thanks for letting us stay in the Villa, everything went really well and the place is a real credit to you. I think one of the best little conveniences was the two mobile phones. These are a stroke of genius in that they made life so much easier for us as a busy family who sometimes needed to go off in different directions in order to keep life on track. The villa is perfect and so are the staff. Wayan is great.

We all absolutely loved our stay at the Villa and can't thank you enough for having such a great location and staff available. Wayan was gorgeous and couldn't have been more hospitable. A real asset to you and the company for your guests. The space was just perfect for us and we enjoyed having so many little places to all sit and read or relax without being on top of each other. We had some plans where to eat but we added Sarong to our dining agenda and loved it. What amazing decor. The girls loved Cafe Bali just around the corner as they had a really diverse menu, the service and decor is great and of course the Wi Fi helped. They went mad on the shopping which I expected so of course the location was handy for that. The mobile phones were very useful thank you and a real security bonus if any of us went separate ways. The girls enjoyed their first trip to Bali beyond their expectation and can't wait to get back again. Overall Donna I have to say it's a fabulous place to stay and we honestly loved everything about it. A real home away from home. I've been coverted to self contained accommodation for some time, not because I particularly want to cook on holidays, but for the space and comfort you get. We went on the the Ubud Hanging Gardens as you know for 2 nights and while the scenery and location is mind blowing and I'm so glad we went, it really isn't the same in a hotel. The first thing I said to Pat when we walked in was where are we supposed to sit? You have this floor to ceiling window with a pool and view to die for and you have to sit on the bed to look at it. That's what I don't like about hotels. I have plenty of family and friends who love Bali so we'll certainly be recommending this accommodation to them in future. By the way, the driveway is looking great. Thanks again for the use of your Villa, wonderful staff and hints on customs express and all the things that made our holiday perfect.

We really enjoyed staying in your villa. Wayan was absolutely fantastic! He could not do enough to help us and was an absolute delight to have around. He also cooked fabulous breakfasts and the villa was spotless after his cleaning every day. The villa itself was really lovely. Our little boy had a wonderful time swimming in the pool every day. It was fantastic having all the baby toys too, so thank you very much for that! I hope this feedback is helpful. Thanks so much again for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your lovely villa.

We had a wonderful stay in Bali which was made memorable by our Villa Melati experience. Everything was as described… right from our pick up at the airport to our return trip to the airport! For me the experience exceeded my expectations on every level. Firstly the warm welcomes by Made, Mr Windi, Wayan and Gede to the beautiful villa. It became our personal piece of paradise. All the facilities were to high standard and I, along with the rest of us would certainly use villa mealti again and be more than happy to recommend it to others. The location is good as everything we needed was close by and made a “first time” visit toBali most memorable & enjoyable… will hopefully return!!

We had a fabulous time at your villa, the staff were outstanding, the villa immaculate and very comfortable, all the little things like the 2 mobile phones for us to use, the beach basket, and most especially the smiling face of Wayan every morning. The villa is very well maintained, clean, neat and a home away from home.We will be recommending your villa to our friends and family.

Just touching base with you to let you know we had a really lovely stay at Villa Melati. It was really great to see all the staff again, who greeted me like an old friend. It was a really lovely welcome back to Bali. I love the changes you have made to the Villa, especially the bath!!! Also, just to let you know we have recommended your villa and given the website to ALL our friends - and even people we had only just met in Bali! So hopefully you will have a few enquiries upon our recommendations. I'm trying to convince my husband to do another trip very soon!!! All the best to you and your family.

''Your villa was wonderful. Everything about it was great. The pool was relaxing when it got too hot, especially after walking around Seminyak, then dipping in the pool was great. Our house maid was wonderful, very polite, a great housekeeper and a great chef. Made was also very helpful. He drove us around also. Otherwise our vacation in Bali was more than perfect.
