(Perfect for the allergy sufferer or those intolerant of summer heat).
The 1st floor is open plan with large kitchen, dining and living areas. Kitchen has granite counters, 2 sinks and 2 ovens - a real cooks kitchen where there are never too many chefs! The kitchen door opens onto southern outdoor dining area-perfect for afternoon and evening meals. The north and east sides of living area open onto a large covered deck with limited ocean views and a lovely sunrise. There is a private library/extra bedroom adjacent to the half bath.
The ground level living area is designed to accommodate extra guests and has a full bath adjacent to the mud-room and laundry area. The house can accommodate 9 people on the 2nd floor and an additional 3 people on convertible sofas in areas adjacent to baths on 1st floor and ground level.
